Onagers only get 100 plus HP.

Khmer's/Angband's castle Dragon unit now does not get 500 bonus. Already has 1200 base HP. Does not need any more buffs. In fact, that's why I gave nearly all units 500 HP.

Dwarf civs Malay/Iron Hills, Ethiopians/Moria, and Goths/Erebor can now make Throwing Axemen in the archery range. Slower to make than archers.

Onagers only get 200 plus HP.

Onagers and Scorpions now do even more damage. But take even longer to make. 5 minutes (age of empires 2 time) to make.
