Fixed a bug where leveling the Wayfarer's Lethality passive ability erroneously granted bonus effects to their new custom skills. You'll have to reset any existing Wayfarers for the changes to go through, newly spawned Wayfarers will come with the fix already.

All custom abilities which apply stealth now apply a new Stealth hediff rather than the vanilla Shadow Cloak hediff.

Removed the now-unnecessary Shadow Cloak xpatch, returning Veil of Shadows and Shadow Strike back to their original vanilla stealth values.

Increased the cast time of Plaguedoctor's Experimental Incision to be more in line with its other abilities.

Experimental Incision now has a greater chance of causing a positive effect, but now also has a small chance of causing several new negative effects.

Red Mage's Engagement cast range has been increased slightly. Their Thunderbolt now costs less, has slightly more range, and fires two bolts instead of one. Parrying Stance's duration has been increased by 50%.
