Major balance overhaul, along with the addition of skill leveling and the introduction of AI casting and player autocasting. Most classes are weaker at early levels and stronger at later ranks. Raiders with custom classes have gotten a lot more dangerous, so classes may not feel as strong as before.

For existing classes, you'll need to reset your classes to get the new, levelable versions of skills.

Keeper has gotten a new spell.
Druid no longer starts with Bramble Patch and will need to use a scroll to learn the ability.
Commander no longer has Booster Shot.
Medic no longer has Disabling Shot.
Gadgeteer no longer starts with Old Headlight and now needs to learn it from a scroll.

Increased the Ambusher's Ambush cooldown to 120s.

Stalker's Gaze and Gale now require line of sight to cast. Gale now knocks down for a shorter time and has a lower target cap.

Saboteur bugfixes. Saboteur's Flashbang cooldown and stun duration increased, detonation time reduced by 25%.

Saboteur now has Taser instead of Disabling Shot. If you somehow already had a Saboteur, you'll need to reset their class for them to have the correct skills.
