Any idea why my pawns are spawning with randomized classes? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get rid of them

dose this alter necromancer? the necromancers in my game don't have there main attack spell death bolt or something? idk they have only the cloud spell for attack rest is around dead bodies.

You can disable the problematic classes in the mod settings until it's fixed, at least. If your pawn already has them, use Character Editor to remove it and replace it with a functional one. But yeah, pretty bad issue to have and murders TPS

Alright, so the line of sight is just a few class problems, I realized that when the caravans leave with a certain class the line of sight ping is gone for me, I looked it up online, I believe the classes that had these issues are "Ambusher, DuskBringer, Troubadour, Deadeye, Thunderblessed, Chroma Mage, Ravenous Skill, Arbormancer, Support Specialist, Mech Hunter, Starseeker" This is what I found in a reddit post so maybe a class or two has been fixed in between the three years from the post to now, but it hasn't been fully fixed, so either wait it out until the caravan leaves or if one of your rims is the problem idk just kill em or something?

For me a simple save reload seems to have given me back those tabs (only some of them were missing and I gave all my pawns classes at the start with character editor)

If any of you are missing magic/physical skill tabs, it's a bug with it's requirement, Rimworld of Magic. The bug usually occurs with Character Editor. Which is unfortunate, but AFAIK nothing has been done to fix it by either the maintainers of RoM or CE.

I encountered a bug with the architect's supply skill. In the first few days of the game, it works normally, producing only a few dozen stone blocks and wood at a time. However, starting around the sixth day, using the skill suddenly produces over 200 of each resource (without upgrading the skill). I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same issue?

Added this in mid-save to an existing magic colony. But none of the scrolls seem to work for my existing pawns. Tried to teach a Wanderer Flight and a Gladiator Martial Training and both times I got the "skill cannot be applied to this pawn" error. Is there something I need to do to upgrade them to be able to use scrolls from the mod?

Does anyone know how to edit the "explosion!" For the red mage? I want the cool down to be lower, thank you. I looked through the files of "custom powers" folder and couldn't find the "explosion!" thing.

Dear Diary,

Today I encountered a warrior. He had a buff called fortitude. This buff reduces damage by a percentage amount. That percentage amount being 100% in his case. He had this buff for multiple minutes as he walked up to a devastator death knight and took 10k bullets to the face. Then he walked through turret fire into multiple traps. I had to take it away using godmode in order to kill him. He died in a single bow shot.

I know why that message starts to spam. It is because one of the npcs(could be from any event that spawns pawns) has a class ability that looks for something but can't find it. So it uses the "No line of sight" text from rimworld of magic as a way to say it couldn't find what it was looking for. The only real way to get rid of it is to wait for the event to end(if a trader you can just dismiss it) or kill every the pawn using the ability(they are quiet easy to find as they have the use ability particles when they try to search for something).

At some point when playing with this mod, the game will start to spam "No line of sight" in the top left corner until you completely close and reload the game. It would be great if someone could look into this

Eh, the Original Rimworld of Magic mod has a lot of classes with interesting utilities like passive buffs or raising undead minions or creating items, managing resources, making Golems actually useful.

Kure's classes by comparsion are almost all entirely combat oriented. It makes them infinitely less interesting IMO.

Anyone experiencing a lowered fps when zoomed in on their colonists, don't forget to promote to wayfarer/wanderer if they've got the magically gifted traits. I have some other mods that could cause this, but promoting them to the beginner class completely fixed my fps issue. I think it has something to do with this mod but other than the fps it's been completely fine. Great mod regardless, very minimal issues so far :)

To be more precise, entering Stealth causes the game to bug out, all pawns become invisible and endless bug errors appear in log. After you remove Stealth with Devmode, they blink back for a second, only for the bug to reappear and become permanent until you reload a save

Just giving a heads up, any stealth/invisibility ability introduced by classes/skills from this mod doesn't work. I tested it with only this mod and prerequisites on. Probably has something to do with 1.5 version, cause RoM had the same problem. A fix for the Sniper and Shadow base classes was already released by Torann, their abilities work.

My take was that since this mod hasn't been updated for 2 years, i think we can reliably think that it won't be updated, not because the base mod hasn't been updated.

But hey, being keyboard lions is always easy, thinking is not.
