FEATURE UPDATES:
Some GEMS are considered as 'meta-GEMs', these are the GEMS that affect something else and require another GEM (think like Soulfire and Soulsteal). These GEMs now grant you another GEM slot, making thier effective slot cost 'free'.
- This change required an entire re-write to the XComPsionicsExMachina_Abilites.ini config to account for the new 'free slot' variable.

Balance pass on ALL available GEMs/PCS'. We've shaken up what can drop and where. The loot tables have been completely redesigned and rebalanced to give a good split between what can be 'found' and what must be 'made'. New PCS'/GEMs have been added and some removed from circulation.

Psi Grading times have been drastically altered to take into account a units rank and combat intelligence. They should roughly equal the same timeframe as previous with the facility staffed. It is some pretty complex math, but in short, Rookies & Savants should train faster than Colonels & Standard Intelligence.

-- some othe bugfixes, code alterations and minor stuff I have forgotten about has also been done!

BUGFIX:
Fixed an issue with the v3.3 perk-auto-swapper that would see units get multiple psi-grades each time the game was loaded. The game now strips ALL psi-grading and grants the correct perk, once!
For this bugfix several new psi-grade manipulation console commands were also made. These should all be RustyFix_Toolbox_Pexm_xxxx commands. They can seriously mess a character up so don't use them unless you know what you are doing!

UPDATE:
Lots of minor backend code improvements and optimisations.
Some balance changes.

Changed the internal perk names of the Psi-Grades!! There is an auto-swap in place to exchange the old perks to the new ones, so as a player you should see no difference. The old internal names were long and clunky and made without much thought. They needed updating.

Adjustments made to the MELD POI and CA.
Added compatibility for the newly released standalone MELD mod.

Added the chinese translation from Tommy

BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with the .umap overflowing into other rooms at the back wall .. this issue was only noticeable if built next to the Training Center, because of the extended depth. But now fixed :)

UPDATE: Lots of little tweaks made;

  • added perks to negate will loss
  • added/fixed some gem/pcs names
  • repeat techs days increase exposed to config
  • GEM weapons/icons can now by decided by category list -- off by default
  • french and korean language added
  • new stat check for pexm-will events
  • meld covert action has a little rework (allows to boost psi offence)
  • PexM PCSes can't be placed into units that cannot be PsiGraded
~ for a general player you shouldn't see much difference in usage, but for modders and future development this opens up a few avenues

UPDATE: Exposed the weapons the GEM upgrade-inventory icons get added to to the XComPsionicsExMachina_Abilities config array. This should help to expand the list for future weapons/category makers ....

Added a few more Mitzruti GEMs to the default lists.

UDPATE: Updated how the UI Alert (Screen pop-up) is displayed for when a project finishes.
It is now in Psionic-Purple :)

The MELD conversion project now gives the base amount + upto 50% more and the amount received is displayed in the pop-up

Added some new GEMs and PCS' to the default lists from the Mitzruti Perk Pack.

BUGFIX: Fixes an issue with the 3.2.1 update that stopped the Warlock/Preists/PsiEnemies from having thier psi-amps .. yes, you read that correctly. So if your Warlock/Preists/PsiEnemies have been "trigger happy" lately, this was the reason. Sorry.

Yes they couldn't have their psi-amps because they had the issue of "Psionics Grading Required" .. lolz
