Changes 10/20: The Minister Update Part 1
-Finished party descriptions
-Added 2 new minister traits
-Fixed various ministers for USA; changed them to be more in line with their OTL ideologies
-Patton has a leader description now
-CAR Party description fixes
-Fixed various CSA ministers + added entirely new SocDem CSA ministers
-Fixed a bunch of PSA ministers (a lot of their ideologies were wrong)
-Fixed some USA events not firing through the focus tree (Reconstruction in particular)
-Fixed some stuff in the “set_puppet_minister” files
-Lots of fixes for NEE ministers
-More PSA minister fixes
-Added portraits for John Taber and Carter Glass
-Added portraits for CAR admirals
-In addition to minister fixes, there are also some new ministers for NEE
-Maxwell D Taylor now has a portrait
-New generals for various factions
-NEE election fixes
-Attempts to fix bugs in the error log; got the error count down by about 40
-Can now keep Landon, Curtis, and Garner as president in the PSA if you so choose
-Fixes for the Entente Peaceout decision from CSA
-Various attempts to fix the descriptor.mod to make it compatible with the recent update
-Martial Law can now be removed through all 4 reconstruction trees in the USA
-Alf Landon now has his description for every instance of him becoming leader
-Made choices in the Social Patriot election actually matter
-Changed ministers you get for certain elections to be more accurate depending on who the candidate was
-Events now no longer reference Murray if he’s not the CAR leader anymore

Changes 9/23:

-Extensive fixes to NEE elections: Added Progressive options in 1936 and 1940, added 2 new Progressive candidates, gave portraits to several of them, added in flavor for the different Republican Party factions in NEE, official party split there (see NEE for more)

-New faction for Imperialist USA and PSA tree, needs testing please!
-Huey Rescue the Kingfish focus fixed-doesn’t increase opinion with AUS anymore, instead slightly decreases opinion with CAN
