However, there seems to still be technical issues concerning the Garner-Wagner bill at the beginning not going through congress. Additionally, the incorrect amount (much less than listed on the menu) of militia spawn when the decision is taken, which is particularly frustrating as that can make or break a front line later on when non-aggression pacts expire.
Will there be any chance WCC will be a standalone mod that can be play on the original KR or Kaiserredux? If not, can you let me make a port for WCC to the original KR?
I know there is a mod to do just that, but I was hoping this one would flesh out such an outcome by replacing the Reconstruction tree (since the ACW didn't happen) and restoring the US Congress mechanics from the vanilla game (since its buisness as usual and Congress hasn't been shell-shocked to just do what the President says)
