Changes 10/26: The Minister Update Part 2
-Beginning of work on the NPP, which will be a party made up of either Huey Long and Jack Reed (along with other allies) or William Murray, William Hearst, and William Pelley (along with others). This party will combat either Garner or Norris if you elected them through deadlock, and each man will face his ideological counterpart as the NPP party.
-Added two party system for Cincinnatus path
-Added two party system for Avoided-Civil-War path (post 1940)
-New party names for both two party systems listed above
-SPQA path flavor and two party system of their own
-Junta path flavor
-More elections for the AUS: there will now be primaries for the AFP and an election where you choose between the AFP, NPP, or the CP, assuming you go down the Perfect Democracy route. There are now three elections available, with the standard four years between them. You choose what path the AUS goes down

-Added the correct wargoals for the AUS foreign policy decisions
-Removed some old KR events that had Pelley as a NatPop
-Added actual leaders to the head of the ODP event in which you can either have Talmadge or Bossert lead the ODP
-Young Klan focuses changed to reflect the name of whoever your current leader is, not just Evans.
-Some minister fixes to try and cut the error log down
-Possible fix for the disappearing UI bug (credit to the KX team)
-Richard Russel Jr. added as a SocCon minister for CAR; he will be the leader of a new moderate CAR tree coming soon!
