- Raids tweaked for azuri faction.
- Various body stat and recipe tweaks.
- Next stage 1.6 Branch created, full change-over will be on January 11th, 2026.

Simple tweak, single honey bed sprites are now centered. The honey capsule is no longer able to be rotated on construction.

Hello, sorry about the huge wait for anything to happen. You should know I work very slowly and carefully, as well as the ever-present fact with all free-time work that I simply have limited time to work. But I still love Apini! I owe it to my younger self to keep this mod going for as long as I possibly can. Besides, I've learned lots of practical skills from working on the mod, so why stop now?

Enough about me! What have I gotten done?

The biggest part of this update is that the content from Apitecture Plus (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2673155380) has been merged into the base Apini mod. Thanks to the permission and help of Lennoxicon, who I intend to continue working with in the future.
There is a good assortment of minor fixes and a new endgame item.
The new item is Apitech Mutagen, a very expensive item which can be used to restore any humanlike pawn to a very healthy all-natural Apini. This is very useful as a complete restorative for an Apini, completely healing all wounds and diseases, but at a cost of destroying any implants or prosthetics.
It could also be used to restore Humans and Azuri into Apini as well. Although they may not appreciate it, or 'survive'.
It is not feature complete, but will be revisited after the many other fixes have been taken care of.

As far as fixes:
All steps in Honey making, waxmaking etc are now exclusive to Beeliens. Where the meat honey steps are exclusive to Necropini.
Skin color channels for Apini and Azuri were completely reworked, this should keep the generated colors under control.
The NPC Azuri faction is permanently hostile and no longer meddles with royalty quests.
The sprites for honey in the item menus have been fixed.
Some attempts were made at honey vat progress bar fixes, but still a WIP.
The assemblies folder now only includes Apini.dll, sorry about that!
Azuri NPC faction gets Azuri backstories.

For language changes:

New language file: Hediff_ApitechMutation, description included in the file.

HOTFIX:
This changes nothing but removing the extraneous files from the Assemblies directory.
Pretty embarrassing I left those in, sorry!
I have been working on the next update which is some minor fixes, a new item, and inclusion of Apitecture Plus! content with permission of Lennoxicon.

No defname or language changes.

Fully tested 1.5 Update is ready. Many cosmetic problems still remain, but the mod is now functionally up-to-date for the time being.
As per the system agreed upon, 1.4 will be moved to a dedicated legacy branch on October 15th, 2024.

-No defs have been added or removed. No defnames have been changed.
-Text in About.xml have been updated. No other player-facing text has been changed.
-The backstories have had the baseDesc tag changed to description. No text changes.
-Apparel restriction whitelist has been expanded, but these restrictions can always be disabled in mod settings.
-The defname translator has been retired, it slows load time and is very much likely to no longer be useful.

Devs:
The Assembly .csproj has been updated outside of the version number, please ensure to update your local copy.
CONTRIBUTING has been updated, the testing battery and general rules have had minor edits.

Thanks again to Erdelf for his help with the silhouette graphics! That was a real headache.

I will say again, that I am looking for as much feedback as possible so I have a big TODO list for when mid May comes around.

Update for compatibility to the last 1.4 Version.
1.5 Update is in the works, waiting on more development with Humanoid Alien Races.
You can try the updated mod now by downloading the staging branch from the Gitgud repo. However there are still errors that may or may not be save breaking.

No new content will be added until May, where I will have free time.

- Changes to language files were made, but were only on Apini names.

Rebuilt the assembly to let mod settings work again. Be sure to restart the game for the settings to take effect!

Also, I am on hiatus until May. so do not expect much to get done until then. Sorry!
Afterwards I will have the time to get plenty done, as a resut, I am looking for ideas. Please line up a bunch of feature requests at https://gitgud.io/Jack7D1/Rimworld-Apini, or leave it in the discussion thread. I make no promise it will be implemented, but if I like it I'll give it a try!
