manually slipstreamed all contents from the source 1 asset packs into the addon like robot repair in preperation for the former's deletion

reverted to slipstreamed robot repair assets as I retreat from having public asset packs...

un-override tools/blocklight material (export as is from core.vpk) because my published access packs have clashing tools materials in them (broken, bad, noooo, what to do?)
remove slipstreamed contents from robot repair and rely on those published asset packs
set sun to dynamic and mute color slightly (shouldn't have been baked, like the showcase flicker in train, though that remains baked)
fix dirt overlay trashing a car prop
remove lighting subd and lines on concrete structures or other unccessary features
lower subd level on outer terrain one level and in flower pots
use block light texture on non-visible ground and building faces
simplify beveling on building structures to avoid scaffolding lines
general mesh work for some hidden faces and combinations
instance dod pillars and stucco wall segments
soft edge loops on house mega bevel
hide importance volume and add lightmap block inset 64 units from the edge of the map and as high as the building
set animated combine soldier far away to be static
hug central ground displacement around buildings
adjust roof to avoid minor leaks around the edges
do some mild texture reapplication and fix ups
retextured outside glass panes
adjust lightmap bias (nbd for this map tho) and with best effort attempts to record with selection sets
added tf2 large beam trim around central house
