* experimental change, requires a bit more set up for killing on the ground

Added some of the support from old Lopunny

Phone:
Forgot to program something

Jump:
Made crouch jump to be activated from crouch one frame quicker

Dattack:
It takes 2 extra frames to jump out of the move on hit (in air only)

Uspecial:
She is now able to use it when the meter is slightly less full 1.5 -> 1
It uses the entire meter instead of putting it to 1.49

Everything reworked and resprited.
(Didn't use the spriterip as the template but I did use munophone)
I didn't use the spriterip like I did with Lilligant was because SR Lopunny's code was pretty outdated.

Now is more useful than before

There is a bunch of new alts

Runes:
Basically gone, I will get to them in the future

* Just some adjustments for better gamefeel / balance lol, I am really bored

Nair - Nerfs:
- Mildly decreased weak hitbox size
- Slightly reduced knockback on weak hitbox
- Decreased strong hit lifetime to 4
- Increased weak hit lifetime to 6
- Start up increased from frame 8 to 9
- Landing Lag increased from 6 to 7
> Strong hitbox angle (40 > 45)

Bair - Nerfs:
- Endlag (7 > 11)

Fstrong - adjustments, buffs:
> Edited the frames so that the smear is the attacking frames instead of after

> Gave a hitbox after charge so that it connects
