Temp removed Fspecial using has rock due to having a bug where on clank it wouldn't let the opponent do anything
Morbious alt reverted to have same frame data due to it causing desyncs

Rune A has increased range (It's just like Marth from melee)
Rune E is frame one now

Fspecial:
She gets a slightly brighter outline when you can cancel the move. (Hearted Fspecial)
If turbo mode is enable hearted Fspecial will do more damage (to balance out the not doing damage)

v5.30 I felt like I nerfed Lopunny too Hard a while ago, so I decided to give her some buffs to her damage and stuff
