Editied the hitbox
Fixed an bug where she could gimp you off the stage with the grab lol.
* the hitbox didn't feel like it fitted it animation well enough

Rune O:
Slightly made the weight drop rate slower 90% -> 100%
The weight should be capped at 0.75 now.
On death she will get 0.2 kba instead of 0.1 kba of a max of 1.1 Kba (same as the older version)

Made it so there can be only one heart at a time.
* The heart is gives a lot of rewards, so it should be slightly less spamable

Redid animation [She uses both of her ears now]

Test: If the opponent has the heart on them they will be grabbed. (if you want to prevent this just hold shield when doing the attack)

Made it so you can't tech during hitstun
* Aka I found a less janky way to make it so opponent can't tech lol

Grabs:
Now they make the opponent not be able to tech on walls (during the grab)

Fspecial:
On heart grab instead of changing the outline it will make an effect behind her
