Fix repeat cmod crash due to stslib update

More retain cardmod string manipulation crash fixes

Hopefully fixed retain cmod crash with cards that ignore the innate keyword conventions

Exhuastive cards can't be affected by repeat CMod anymore because it had problems with string detection
Remove exhaust CMod should correctly remove exhaust from Feed now

When buying the remove potion slot relic modifier, the potion is first discarded before the slot is removed.
This caused issues with (Peepo) Wide Potions

Fixed Reshuffled card modifier not checking for its presence on (AKA Tantrum can't roll it anymore)

Fixed french keyword localization

Added French localization thanks to Einlenzer

Hopefully fixed cached ui strings crash

Fixed unneeded space between keywords for certain languages
Fixed Spicy Tag offset for Replay The Spire compatability
Added options menu to filter unwanted card modifiers

Increased cost increase of Refund and Retain modifiers
