Moving forward, we've decided to officially version our mod and our versioning system is explained as such

MAJOR - Release version MINOR - Months since MAJOR release (e.g., Monthly updates) PATCH - Hotfixes input since MINOR release (i.e., Patches, hotfixes, bugfixes, emergency updates, etc.)

We've been on the workshop for literal years and integrated into almost 96,000 players modlists (Thank you all so MUCH for your support)! This is technically the 3rd Major rewrite of LS, but the first one completely finished!

We may have other MAJOR releases in the future where we decide that our work has advanced enough to consider it an updated MAJOR version, but we don't necessarily have any specific criteria at this time.

It's been a wild month with lots of renewed activity on the developer side! A lot of projects started over a year ago are just starting to get to a place where we can start releasing them.

Public SPPs are getting reworked and will be released in the next few days, the new Airborne, Phase 3 Pilot Helmets and Marshal Commander Shoulders will be included!

Legion Core (Stable)
Important

  • `lsd_gar_airborne_new` is the temporary classname of the new airborne helmet for people to test textures and give time to people to change over. A copy of the current Airborne Helmet has been created in `lsd_armor_bluefor\_deprecated\models`, for those of you who do not wish to switch to the updated model, you will need to direct path to this one.
  • In the November or December (Depending on how fast the community wants to switch) update, the new Airborne helmet model will be replacing the old one in `lsd_gar_airborne_helmet`.
  • We're consolidating NVG and Facewear models into a single new folder called 'accessories' in each `equipment` pbo. This changeover will take approx. 2 months, starting with the November update.

  • Republic Airborne helmet & Airborne hologram models from `ls_armor_bluefor`, now only present in `lsd_armor_bluefor` and `lsd_armor_bluefor_hologrm` respectively
