• Fixed some removed abilities not being displayed when picking heroes

BALANCE:
• Reworked Revenge to grant 1.5/3/6% bonus damage per 10% health your hero is missing
• Spell lifesteal from all items now has 50% effectiveness against creeps instead of 20%
• All outgoing damage amplification now stacks multiplicatively (also fixes curses not being very effective when players have certain innates/masteries)

FIXES:
• Fixed Unstoppable Force being available in Enfos
• Fixed Voodoo Restoration not deactivating when the hero runs out of mana
• Fixed Astral Spirit
