• Split Shot's Scepter no longer grants an extra target
• Bone Guard's Summon Power potency decreased from 400% --> 350%
• Nimbus's Summon Power potency decreased from 200% --> 180%
• Venomancer's Plague Ward hp/damage talent decreased from 2.5x --> 2x
• Mass Serpent Ward now has a max cast range of 1500 (prevents Serpent Wards from being able to be spawned in enemy arenas)

FIXES:
• Fixed Dagon's spell lifesteal values being outdated
• Fixed some of Plague Ward and Venomous Gale's values being outdated
• Fixed Soul Link being able to heal Nimbus

• Your attacks reduce enemy evasion by 25%/40%/57% for 5s (applies even if the attack misses)
• Evasion reduction is multiplicative, meaning 50% evasion reduction on an enemy with 50% evasion reduces their evasion to 25%

COMEBACK ITEMS:
• Last/second last/third last now get 1500/1000/500 gold gifts after each boss round in FFA and Duos
• Players in the losing 6v6 team now get 1500/3000 gold gifts after the round 20/30+ boss rounds

FIXES:
• Removed Bad Juju, Torrent Storm and Unfettered since they're no longer in vanilla Dota
• Fixed Lightning Hands' bonus attack speed not working
• Fixed Cruel Stars dealing 150x damage to illusions instead of 1.5x damage

COMEBACK REWARDS:
• Removed comeback items from boss rounds
• Players now get bonus gold from winning duels against higher networth enemies (more bonus gold the larger the difference in networth)
• These changes are designed to make dueling high networth enemies feel better and remove any need to artifically lower networth in order to get better comeback items

BALANCE:
• Precision Aura's agility base bonus increased from 4%/8%/12%/16% --> 4%/18%/32%/46%
• Precision Aura's agility bonus per level decreased from 1% --> 0%
• Hammer of Purity is now affected by spell amp with 25% potency (down from 100%)
• Pierce the Veil is now disabled during duel overtime
• Invoker's new 7.38 Scepter/Shard upgrades are now available on all heroes

FIXES:
• Split Shot can no longer be procced by Glaives of Wisdom's bounce talent (fixes infinite attack loop)
• Fixed Essence Flux's Scepter creating a barrier based on current mana instead of max mana
• Fixed Big Game Hunter's Poacher upgrade not visually applying the debuff to enemies
• Fixed the Crude neutral enchantments not working
• Fixed Master of Wealth preventing Heartstopper Aura from dealing damage
• Fixed Vengeance Aura's Scepter illusion's duration and prevented it from casting duel overtime disabled abilities during duel overtime
• Fixed Soul Link being able to heal Nimbus
• Fixed Magus being able to proc Spawn Spiderlings more than once per unit per round
• Fixed killing all Revenge of the Couriers enemies at the same time sometimes preventing the attribute books from being granted
• Fixed Cascading Arcana not stacking from multiple allied sources in Duos and 6v6
