BALANCE:
• Added a consumable Gem of True Sight: 2400 gold cost, 700 true sight radius, removed on death
• Reverted Sentry Wards to vanilla
• Devour now Multicasts on different units
• Rain of Destiny and Latent Toxicity are now affected by Torture Pipe
• Track no longer has charges during duels

FIXES:
• Updated Eclipse's damage to match vanilla Dota (300 --> 320)

• Replaced Clinkz' Searing Arrows multishot talent with a 30 agility talent until we can fix it and Marksmanship's Scepter creating an infinite attack loop

SPLIT ATTACK CHANGES:
• Further improved performance:
• Split attacks are now instant attacks instead of using projectiles.
• Extra attacks from Marksmanship and Split Shot are now spaced 1 frame apart.
• Dev Note (from Luminance): I understand this will likely cause some confusion for players, however I have measured that removing the extra projectiles more than halves the performance hit of these abilities, so I feel it is worth it.
• Marksmanship no longer gives true strike on procs
• Reverted the Marksmanship Scepter changes (previously it performed 1 additional attack with 100% damage, now performs 2 additional attacks with 50% damage; same as in vanilla Dota)
• Fixed lots of bugs with marksmanship and time lock
• Dev Note (from Luminance): The way this was implemented before caused all attacks that landed while a split shot projectile was in the air to have true strike, which is not the intended behavior. Due to valve not providing us with an API function to pierce evasion on specific attacks, there is no way for us to implement marksmanship the same as it is in vanilla Dota.
• Moon Glaives remain unchanged for now, we will rewrite them soon to both reduce lag and allow us to revert the nerf we have inplace for them due to lag concerns.

INNATES:
• Capitalist's bonus creep gold increased from 40% --> 45%
• Contrabandist:
• Broom King Bar's bonus damage/armor increased from 150/30 --> 200/40
• Crystal Tiara's bonus intelligence decreased from 30% --> 25%
• Desolator 3's damage decreased from 250 --> 200
• Diamondwood Tree's all stats increased from 75 --> 80
• Rich Man's Shield's agility/ranged block increased from 80/150 --> 100/200
• Robe of the Archmage's status/magic resistance reduction decreased from 40%/40% --> 35%/35%
• Robe of the Archmage's mana decreased from 1500 --> 900
• Spell Fractal's all stats/mana regen decreased from 30/15 --> 24/12

• Take-down now deals attack damage (works with lifesteal, cleave, etc)
• Mana Shield's damage reduction now stacks diminishingly with other sources of damage reduction
• Tombstone's debuff is now undispellable
• Implemented Aether Remnant's Shard effect and fixed its damage talent
• Torture Pipe can now be used on ancient creeps
• Removed Storm Surge's Shard cooldown
• Supernova is now affected by Torture Pipe
• Good Juju can no longer be procced by abilities with cooldowns of 0.5s or less (was previously 1/1.5/2s)
• Good Juju can no longer reduce ability cooldowns by more than 15% of their total cooldown

FIXES:
• Fixed Reincarnation's Shard not spawning Vampiric Spirit skeletons (still requires Vampiric Spirit)
• Fixed a rare Supernova bug that caused some abilities to be uncastable
• Fixed Homing Missile being able to crash the game when swapped
• Fixed Chakra Magic reducing the cooldown of ultimates with charges
• Fixed Bad Juju not working correctly if two players in a duel both had it
• Fixed Gravekeepers Cloak sometimes regaining stacks too fast
• Arcane Curse is now removed upon entering the fountain
• Attempt at fixing some players being unable to buy custom item recipes
• Reverted to Vanilla Aeon Disk to fix some rare bugs/crashes

Localization fixes
