Initial release!!!!!

- Fully rewritten backend for the mod
- Fully rewritten UI for the mod
- Two option types: dropdown, checkbox. Framework made for others in the future
- UI usable in frontend to "prep" settings before loading up a campaign. Modders can decide whether settings can be edited within campaign as well!
- All settings and states are handled with ease for modders within the MCT
