- Fixed issues with player spawning when killmoving before a level transition
- Added a new convar to adjust punch delay "bsmod_punch_delay" - Default 0.35
- Added a new convar to adjust viewpunch when punching "bsmod_punch_viewpunch_amount" - Default 0.5
- Added a new convar to adjust viewpunch when kicking "bsmod_kick_viewpunch_amount" - Default 2.5

- Added a new convar "bsmod_killmove_by_kicking" - Default 0
It was on by default but it was causing issues with killmove anytime
