Fixed a typo that broke the KillMove system

- Fixed targets weapons and items bonemerged to them not showing during a Killmove
- Fixed targets ragdoll not being the correct material
- Fixed NPCs still being able to attack sometimes during a KillMove or when highlighted blue
- Fixed floating attachments during a KillMove (Alyx's EMP Tool was the most noticeable)
- Fixed a script error that happened when you cleaned up everything while KillMoving a player
