- shield mods are now one per ship
- shield mods provide less of an impact on shield values and combat
- costs of turrets decreased
- turret factories can produce turrets from blueprints regardless of blueprint tech level
- resource depots buy resources for a lower amount
- SWOKS and AI can now spawn anywhere in galaxy
