-Fixed "Poison" resistance not working on interface.
-Added new way to allow addons to force the on-load update of shield items; in "base.config" you can add a number (preferably random) to the "blshieldaddons" list, so that when loading, the shields recognize a change in addons (when [un]installing the addon), forcing a one-time update.
-Working "penguins" when "Pandora's Box" is installed.
-Added suport for penguin's shield slot inside "Crew Customization +" interface.
-Fixed shield bar display issues with certain combinations of options while using "The Rough Rider".

-Fixed shield upgrading with FU.

-Fixed "Whisky Tango Foxtrot" breaking.
-Fixed "-" description on Tediore shields.
-Fixed default capacity multiplier being 3x instead of 1x.
-Added a "My First Shield" common shield to ship locker and a "Shield Stat Card".
-"Shield Stat Card" will be given 1 time per character on load now.
-Changed text to indicate where the shield slot is on the interface.
-Rebalanced loot pools, removed Uniques from most chests, reduced drop amount on lower tier bosses.
-Non-crew NPCs now keep the same shields between reloads. (teleporting to planet, loading a save)
-Added faster method for selecting random shields for NPCs, unecessary but it was a proof of concept.
-Fixed huge tier number on interface.
-Support for "From The Grave".
-Changed "slagged" effect to use the custom damage resistance, means that it will now apply to all incoming damage. (was limited to manually set elements)

-Added better support for "Space Police 2"
-Fixed a bug that made the "Shielding Staff" not give shields to NPCs.
-Added new support for "Crew Customization +", via a new item slot that allows a custom shield to be equipped.
-Fixed a bug that made NPC shield render despite having other healthbar mods.
-Fixed "Deadeye Yokat" not dropping the "Overkill" shield.
-Fixed "Love Thumper" overlay animation.
-Made "slag" color more readable on interface.
-Made the "customGradeScript" work dynamically and also support editing most stats. (see turret shield as example)
-Fixed shield type base not applying. (a couple of shields use it)

-Separated Supper's health bar image from the party image, so that mods that change it don't affect it.
-Fixed health bar not rendering when using "The Rough Rider".
-Made the NPC/Monster integrated health bar work better. (External modded health bars unaffected)
-Removed redundant health bar code.
