The "CHEAT" option will now appear on all AI conversations dialogues, like [station manager, station ship trader, representatives], for all. The other options conversations dialogues will remain as is, since some mods can over populate the list depending on the player choices, of mods.

This update should fix the Primary weapons and other equipment being missing from ships being spawn in with "add ship", this will fix most instances. Note Some mods can still break this.
The "Add blueprints" now also gives Xenon and Khaak ships for the player basses to build(these ships do not need any crew to operate it, it is not a bug, it is made this way in the game files)

"add ship" will not reflect changes made to "modify faction". Factions/changes added in [Update 1.25] will not reflect in "add ship" due to the command being Breaking for those who do not have those factions mods

Xenon and Khaak, (weapons; shields; engines) related content except there ships will be unlocked and given by mod option "Add blueprints". Yes I know Some icons for them are not shown, they are not linked in game for the player to see in most cases(I can't fix this)
Changed "Add research" NOW spawn in PHQ'Player Head Quarters' as well as give the research, removes the need to talk to "Boso Ta", removes lingering related missions of the research missions as well
