Исправлен баг с постройками от рабочих.
Нельзя строить внизу ступенек(кроме на карте стандарт).
Если блокировка ступенек мешает развитию, то пишите в дискорд и мы будем изменять.
Увелечено действие Аrеа на 5 секунд.
Уменьшено КД Аrеа на 5 секунд.
Исправлен баг с рейтингом.
Убраны ВИП скины за Тролля и ЦМ.
