Remove automatic conversion in X4

General changes:
- Fixed bugs on the Desert map.
- Reduced the base coefficients of the rating for the defeat.
- Increased starting resources of Wolves by 8%.
- Fixed display effects bug. The effects did not match the pictures in the shop.

Changes in X4:
- Changed mana per hit from 4 to 3.
- Increased Troll starting gold from 400 to 600
- Increased Troll's maximum run speed from 830 to 900.
