- guardian ammo is now 2 ammos using a pattern to reduce particle and decal spamming. don't have the decal working quite right yet but the structure is in place.
- voxel checks now 1/sec instead of every 1/2 sec.
-made sure particle camera culling is set on all the hit particles.
-probably 10 other things that i forgot.
-also tweaked a few names, such as adding "PDT" to the point defense turret.

-T1/T2 now only target "smart" projectiles, was having problems with other mods having guns shooting high-health bullets and soaking up all the pd with it.
-gladius on time increased back to 8sec
-kinetic (30mm and 150mm) velocity buffed from 750 to 1500 m/s

upped the WIP to overwrite the test version because test is to test a bad bug. Guardian is ALMOST done so i'm gonna leave it.

- "Guardian" T4 beam has been added.
It is a gimbal; motion is 60° on short axis and 120° on tall axis.
Predictably it is an energy beam primarily to bust shields.
It charges up during reload and then fires.
-T3 beams changed (Fixed T3 laser and Gladius Laser turret)
Now charges during reload, not while firing.
This fixed a particularly exploitable bug of shooting more lasers than you can theoretically power.
If you are short on power then reloading will take longer.
Continuous duty cycle, no more overheating. (T2's still overheat)
Gladius: 4sec beam, 4sec reload.
Fixed T3: 8sec beam, 4 sec reload.

-added new FakeVoxelHitTicks parameter to increase performance near voxels
-slight increase to gladius build time

-Fixed Gladius shooting backwards. Something was fixed in WC that somehow didn't matter before.
-Added Tiger variant, the Crouching Tiger.
-Tiger gimbal range increased to 5 degrees

-tweaked gladius beams to have less animated segments for performance reasons. Will switch it to texture animation soon.
-tweaked 150mm ammo explosions, should look closer to where it hit on moving targets.

Changed Tiger targeting from Advanced to Accurate, lead indicator uses Accurate so should match better.

updated laser ammo config to new format. it doesn't use any of the AOE stuff but this fixes a problem with pd tracking (which will also get fixed in WC update later).

more damage tweaks.. lowered shield modifier for kinetics but kept the higher damage.
