Added a couple commands to scrape data for ranks bot.

Fixed customize mail not giving copy for welcome mail, and made the command a bit more informative.

changed adduser to invoke the mail commands manually instead of invoking the callback, which caused a crash with some mods.
changed daily and welcome mail to have customizemail functions so you can modify the mail before its sent

Added logging for commands being invoked.
