Ships targeting priorities (player & AI) should no longer prioritize auto-targeting fighters if they lack appropriate weapons unless no better target is available.
Faction personalities tweaked for CIS subfactions (less aggressive when player is CIS)
Improved AI retreat logic in space battles
Improved AI escort plans for bombers
Fixed AI handling for transports
Changed AI retreat logic on ground (more willing to when the battle is effectively over)
