GALACTIC MECHANICS:

GLOBAL
○ New Intervention Missions:
--> Raising Infrastructure: Mission to increase the current infrastructure score
--> Stockpile Ship Crews: Mission to stockpile certain amount of ship crews
○ Reworked Intervention Missions:
--> Stockpile Credits: Changed to focus on increasing the current amount of money accumulation
--> Construct Structures: Split into two missions, one focusing on space structures and one focusing on ground structures
○ Adjusted all Intervention Mission reward tables to only include non-buildable units
○ Adjusted the planet targeting behavior of conquest and convoy missions
○ Fighter Hero Assignment:
--> Fighter heroes can be assigned to hero ships:
○ Ship upkeep: Ground factories decrease the current upkeep
○ Historical GC Choice:
--> Menu-based choice to allow playing the following options:

--> CIS starts with 20 subfaction favor. Can obtain more through stimulus & missions. Heroes available: 100 favor.
--> Republic starts with vacant slots that need purchasing. One hero per category available at any given time.
--> Hutts can obtain heroes through the remilitarization and the crime path.
