- Fixed issue where scouting mission would give up on targets when insufficient important enemy planets exist

GALACTIC MAP:
- All progressive galactic conquest maps rebuilt
-- Small, Medium, Large: 22 BBY, 21 BBY, 19 BBY starts, each with different planet sets
- Added new Galactic Conquest: Rimward Campaign
- All historical Galactic Conquests have been reworked
-- Completely new layout for 'Hunt for the Malevolence'
-- Slightly adjusted layout for 'Operation: Durge's Lance' and 'Foerost Campaign'
-- Scripted missions and galactic storylines for both CIS and Republic have been added to all Historicals

NEW GAMEMOODE - SURVIVAL
- Survive against increasingly difficult waves of enemy ships as either the CIS or Republic

TACTICAL SYSTEMS:
- Shipyard garrisons spawn with other defending forces
- New landing zone & Victory point models.
-- Displays pop cap number in all capture states
-- Each faction has a unique factional icon
-- Transition animation between capture states

GALACTIC MECHANICS:
- Economy updates:
-- Food / Parts resources removed
-- Infrastructure score added (based primarily on filled/empty structure slots- full breakdown on ingame resource guide)
-- Ship upkeep moved from XML to LUA
-- Pop cap recalculated on the galactic level- two tiers of anchorages added to increase pop cap.
