This update came from four different ones, all bundled together.

*Description correction and adjustments.

*English language folder located in 1.1 folder, now contains all the description tags that can be translated. Can use as
the format to go through with translating into other languages.

*Language additions/updates will be primarily focused for 1.1 version.

*Further overhaul of foundation codes, allowing smaller and simpler patches for later planned EPOE-Forked expansion
modules to achieve same effects.

* Reworked concept of smelting unwanted prosthesis into scrapping unwanted prosthesis prosthesis.

* Due to the newer overhaul, the term to scrap and disassembling unwanted prosthesis sounds more fitting as it
accommodates for non-metallic prosthesis. Also more simpler and a lot less issues to smooth out.

* With above change, the recipe to scrap prosthesis is now moved to both Prosthetic workbench and machining bench.

* EPOE-Forked's Brain Surgery will no longer reach out to affect other surgeries that operates on the brain. Keeping it
within EPOE-Forked as an effort to reduce confusion.

* Work required have been set to match with vanilla's. Prosthetic tier however is reduced slightly from vanilla, rather cut
to a third of vanilla values.

* Overall work amount to make a bionic tier item, with the required Prosthetic tier item's work amount taken into
account, will total up the same as vanilla.

* Overhaul of the foundation codes for both 1.0 and 1.1.

* Foundation now allow easier and smoother additions for later planned EPOE-Forked expansion modules.

* Some redundant recipe defs capable of being recycled and actively used if certain optional mods are active.

* Surrogate and Synthetic organ material costs changed to match their tech tier.

* Research required to unlock recipe to dismantle AI subpersona core into 5 MA-AI Chips have been corrected to
require Advanced Fabrication. This was meant to be the "lower tech" route to obtaining MA-AI chips.

* Mincing natural body parts now became more generic and covers the entire natural body part category, so it can
include modded ones.

* Brain Surgery no longer needed for removing Psychic Amplifiers (Royalty DLC).

* Fixed mismatched material costs in 1.1 version

* 1.0 version foundation restructured slightly. There should be no visible changes other than work amount matching 1.1
version.

* Synthetic Tissue now needs 5 Neutroamine

* Brain Surgery research now requires Microelectronics research

* Rib Replacement research now requires Medicine production research and increased from 300 to 500 research cost.

* One of MA-AI Chip research requirements changed. Vitals Monitor is now needed instead of Starflight Basic

* Improved reflex on hands from Instinct Optimizer, reduced Global Work Speed from +10% to +5%. It is already
powerful enough with a -7.5% Aim delay alongside other bonuses.

Update 3.15 now live!

- Corrected the combat stats of the prosthesis.
- All work amounts have been reverted on prosthesis crafting.
- Workbenches no longer at 3 times work speed.
- Bionic bench and tissue printer can now act as link facilities to improve fabrication bench work speed; they can also
link between each other.
- Prosthetic bench can operate without power, at 25% speed.
- 1.0 got updated with most of the post-1.1 changes. Basic prosthesis remains as their item form in 1.0.

Mini update

- Changed the material cost of Tissue Printer to no longer use advanced components
- Removed the plasteel cost from Tissue Printer
- Simple Prosthetic Heart, Bionic Stomach and Bionic Heart now simply renamed and used in place of their
surrogate/synthetic counterparts.
- Surrogate/synthetic counterparts are now the redundant ones. Kept as debug mode.
- Re-added debug recipes for smooth transition from original EPOE to forked.
- Rebalanced some of the research, as well as ordering it to avoid clutter
- Neurological treatment research (for the neuro-cure framework) requires Synthetic Repair and glitterworld implants now
