Fixed:
- Stop Production was bugging out in certain situations.
- Recipe error.
- Cigarette packs weren't persistent.
- StopProcessing() NULL pointer.
- BlackFrost wasn't deleting the joint when adding to pack.
- Plant yields weren't saving between restarts so amount of bud was wrong if a restart occured between planting and harvesting.
- When adding Tobacco Cigarettes to a Cig Pack it wasn't deleting the Cigarette once packed.

Mod Compatibility
- Full stack of logs would spawn when disassembling the Dry Post; depending on the server. Now it will only spawn one.

Changes:
- Renamed Workbench to Cannabis Workbench.
- Re-enabled Plant Material to spawn for veggies when harvested.
- Plant Material now spawns on the Drying Post instead of Dried Cannabis Plant.
- Added an example Basic Territories file to the documentation folder.
- Removed hands attach action for all items except Bagger and Wrapper. (Temp fix)

Known Issues:
- Still an issue with Locking/Unlocking slots. If this happens dry dragging things around until it unlocks.

- Fixed IsCargoEmpty() NULL pointer.
- Fixed the Dr. Jones trader sample so that Bricks are sellable.
- Fixed crafting a cig pack making a full pack of cigs.
- Fixed unwrapping a Stardawg brick giving 2 buds.
- Fixed the netsync bool error.
- Fixed a missing override.
- Fixed being able to pickup the workbench.

- Completely reworked and refined the recipe scripts, reducing recipes from 47 to 17.
- Laid the base work for a 'Lite' version of the mod and new strain packs.
- Bud can now be stacked to 2.
- Changed bag inventory size from 2x2 to 1x3.
- Changed bricks inventory size from 3x3 to 2x2.
- Adding compatibility for potatoes (growtime and cropcount is configurable).
- Updated samples and documentation.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't replant into an already used garden plot.
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't water the plant enough in some situations.
- Fixed an issue with cigarette and joint packs not packing properly.
- Fixed the sample types.xml file where crafted=1 stopped some items from spawning.

Known Issues
- Can add raw plants to the Drying Post after drying process is started.
- Have to look at the base of the plant to Harvest it.
