removed Warpstone Tractor Beam requirement from Ikit's Workshop (requires Arcane Generator instead).

I can easily do it here since it's a ritual table, changing a building requirement for a technology on the other hand would be a major compatibility ruiner, so doing it for Eshin seems like a bad idea to me.

Added an extra button that switches you to a completely random settlement on the map.

Belegar will now receive a grudge with a different fulfilment condition if you switch to K8P.

FIx for the Begar K8P grudge staying active forever. Won't fix existing campaigns.

Karak Eight Peaks check will now trigger for Belegar, Skarsnik and Queek.

Should work better when teleporting multiple units (lord and hero for example).
