- Galaxy scripts removed again because they were messing with the core functionality of Sector().pvpDamage.
- BUGFIX: Neutral Zones should now behave as expected.
- Now terminate()s the script after it's done, freeing up the lua VM for garbage collection.
- Added command for Server Admins to force the state of a PvP/PvE zone, regardless of automatic settings. It also allows you to restore the automatic settings, in case you want to remove the forcing later. This also forces Neutral Zones into PvP mode, and restores them to previous behaviour if the force is cleared later.
- Removed old non-functional code and cleaned up codebase.

- PvP Damage is now disabled Server-wide.
- PvP Damage is only enabled in the PvP Core (distance is configurable).
- Neutral Zones in the PvP Core are now left untouched by default (i.e. they still exist); configurable.
- Added uninstallation instructions in the event that the server owner enables PvPZoneDisableNeutralZone in config.
- BUGFIX: Neutral Zones within the PvP Core will now be properly restored if PvPZoneDisableNeutralZone is true initially, but is later set to false.
- Tweaked log levels to be more consistent with expectation.
- Cleaned up code logic.

- Changed eligibility code to check Sectors beforehand instead of adding script first and then checking if Sector is eligible. Long story short: performance increases!
