Fine Control now also prevents fumigate/medispray from hitting enemies.
Fumigate, Medispray now use 'healing ally' voice cue.
Total Combat now allows Fumigate, Medispray to be used without ending the turn.
Smells Like Team Spirit's effect with Fumigate now has a configurable list
Chemstorm damage is now configured seperatly from regular damage, and is higher.
Chemstorm radius increased.
Fulmination now also remote starts cars, etc.
Fulmination now converts damage to explosive, no longer applies bonus effect from chemthrower type.
Immolator cone width increased slightly.
Thermal Shock/etc will now also trigger against enemies immune to the opposing element (ie, ice dmg vs fire immune does +2)
Added config arrays to deal with things like fire grenades, that are really fire weapons but don't actually do fire damage.
Increased upgrade slots from 0/1/2 to 1/2/2
Added new weapon upgrades unique to chemthrowers - including ones for length/width of cones.
Added proving grounds projects to randomly manufacture chemthrower upgrades at a selected tier.
Implemented a new secondary weapon that can be used alongside chemthrowers, allowing them to utilize different elements (9 varieties)
Swapped Fine Control in the Flametongue spec to Burning Rush.
Added 13 new abilities, and 2 new specs: Tyrant and Alchemist.

Units revealed by Incandesence will now have a yellow overlay instead of just being ordinary visible.
Allies will no longer get stock'd by Fine Control misses.
Fixed Smells like team spirit not granting a bonus charge to medispray.
Reduced the cooldown on fulmination
