-Capped Enemy Level ups from gravewalker kills to player level +3, so they don't completely become unmanageable.

-Attempt to fix nemesi not working after leaving their native level (wouldn't look like character anymore). Will only potentially work on new nemesis that are created from this patch on.

-Nerfed Nemesis weapon power a bit, and made them get source points equal to your max capacity, so they will not have access to source when you do not.
-Made Nemesis' not invade your encounters until level 4, you can still get a nemesis before then, they just wont show up again until after level 4.

Sorry! I screwed up the nemesis data in the last update, so this update comes with code that will detect if your nemesis has been corrupted, and wipe it if so. This will allow you to get another nemesis but unfortunately the ones that were active will be lost after this update. Sorry again!
