Adds Balkan Cross, tactical markings, identification numbers and the 3rd SS Totenkopf Panzer Division shield marking.

*TIP* Disable decals when using this skin for best results.

Recommended for use with my SS ANGRIFF MOD.
*Mod has no banned nazi symbols beyond the SS on the plates & Totenkopf emblem on division shields.
