RESEARCH:
- -10% Factory Bomb Vulnerability from Dispersed industry was spread further down the research tree.
OTHER:
- Italy swapped to 4 points.
- “Baked In Rules” are now disabled by default. Hosts gotta set the Host Tool nation in the options anyways, and this way it wont f over the SP dudes.
- R56RP Game Settings moved to be as high as it can go in the tab.
- Finalized removing Spheres of Influence.

NATION SPECIFIC:
SOV:
- Reduced the chances for an Administrative purge.
- “Eliminate the Right” and “Eliminate the Left” will now hopefully grant purge immunity to Left and Right advisors respectively.
- “Liberate Ryutin” and “Align the Zinovyevites” can now additionally be unlocked by doing the “Eliminate the Left” and “Eliminate the Right” respectfully.
- Moved most of the old deployed cas to storage. Overall number of planes russia has is unchanged. (lets be honest, 5k cas deployed when russia realistically wont go to war where it needs that for 4 years is a bit of an unnecessary bloat.)
- Assigned MIO’s to starting mil production lines.
- Removed duplicate generic MIO’s Stalin would get during a civil war.
CHI:
- Assigned MIO’s to starting production lines.
- AI now gets access to decisions spawning railroads across China. There is no way i know of to get ai to build rail, this is the next best thing.
JAP:
- Assigned MIO’s to starting production lines.
FRA:
- Assigned MIO’s to starting production lines.
ENG:
- Assigned MIO’s to starting production lines.

OTHER:
- Shortened the localisation for “Strat. Bombing” to “Strat. Bomb.”, so it doesn't overlap in the designer.
- Shortened the localisation for “Air Defense” to “Air Def.”, so it doesn't overlap in the designer.
- Corrected localisation for anti-air, anti-tank and field artillery. Added a shortened localisation.
- Normalized Tank tech localisation, so for example “Modern Tank Chassis” is now “1945 Modern”
- Begun work on removing Spheres of Influence.

MILITARY:
- Support SPG soft attack values should match the 75ish% efficiency that support artillery has.
- “Drop Tanks” module +25% range bonus swapped for +350km flat range bonus.
- “Flying Boat” module given +20% air range buff.
- “Christie Suspension” module was given +0.4kph flat modifier, +20% speed buff reduced to +10%, cost increased to 3 from 1.
- “Gasoline Engine” has had its +0.5kph flat modifier removed.
- Speed Upgrades for tanks buffed to 0.2kph per tick, from 0.1kph per tick.
- Tank chassis speeds have been normalized, early tank chassis speed buffed and gaps were reduced.
RESEARCH:
- Upgraded graphics files for the tank tab, should be much more accessible and less prone to breaking on lower resolutions or bigger ui scales.
AI:
- AI was taught how to make Light, Medium and Heavy tanks. SPG, TD and AA designs have yet to be upgraded.
- ROC AI will no longer research electronics until it gets rid of its Illiteracy ideas.
OTHER:
- Quick and dirty new logo for the main menu screen.
- Severity of the out-of-fuel debuff was reduced.
- Added an event to warn a player of the out-of-fuel debuffs.
- Fixed Force Coring having the wrong requirement in the “Has X Infantry Equipment” requirement.
- Force Coring cost is now recalculated each time a state swaps hands.
- Force Coring calculation was changed, incorrect code omitted the 250 base gun cost, equipment cost from factories present in a state reduced by 20%.

MILITARY:
- Heavy SPG’s used incorrect code and had 100% of baseline soft attack values. Fixed. They now should have the same ratio as Support Arty, more efficient but lower numbers.
- SPG requirement numbers down to 16 from 24.
- Super Heavy Howitzers now cost 16 ic for Gun 1, 17.5 ic for Gun 2 and 20 ic for Gun 3.
- Light Tank Recon’s armor bonus was removed

HUN:
- Horthy will no longer become a fascist leader in the "Treaty of Trianon" focus, if one has already compleated "Fascist King" while already being fascist.

- Increased the amount of required SPG’s per support company to 24, up from 16.
- Increased the cost of all Super Heavy Howitzers by +3.5 ic.
- Reduced soft attack for Super Heavy Howitzer II down to 100 from 120, SHH-III down to 120, from 150.
- Buffed Rocket Arty 41, soft attack to 34, up from 30.
- Buffed “Rocket Artillery Upgrade” I and II, towed artillery bonus to 20%, up from 15%
RESEARCH:
- Removed Sloped Composite Armor from Great War Tank research. Another oopsie.
- Custom SPG Buff tech icons made by Abbus.
- Removed “Strategic Bombing Damage Reduction” buff from AA research.
- Halved bonuses from 1945+ Concentrated and Dispersed research.
- Halved the construction bonus from 1945+ construction tech, removed factory repair speed buff.
- Halved the resource gain efficiency buff from 1945+ excavation tech.

- Moved SPG Bonuses into a separate tech, which is unlocked upon researching the appropriate artillery or rocket artillery tech. (Both paths now enjoy SPG bonuses, and those SPG bonuses are not cracked.)

MILITARY:
- “Riveted Armor” module was nerfed, added -2 breakthrough and defence, build cost buff reduced to -15% from -20%, armor debuff increased to -15% from -5%, hardness debuff increased to -10% from -5%.
- Deprecated the “Sloped Armor” module, created 4 new armor modules that are essentially armor type + sloped bonus. For maximum compatibility, the module itself still exists but doesn't do anything [Icons made by Abbus-dono].
- Increased xp cost for Powerpack engines modules, Radio modules and “Amphibious Drive” module to 10xp.
- Increased xp cost for “Autoloader” and “Fire Control System” to 20xp.
- Normalized and reduced speed debuffs for Aircraft turrets, -2% speed for x1 turrets, -4% for x2 turrets.
RESEARCH:
- Fixed inconsistent MIO usage for Artillery tech.
- Fixed missing MIO usage for Naval tech.
- “Advanced Landing Craft” will now buff floating harbors. +100% supply, +50% range, +50% duration.
- “All Ships” category previously did not apply to destroyers, fixed now.
- Grouped up naval tech in categories, a bit easier on the eyes. Change is visual only, buffs remain the same.
AI:
- AI was taught how to make CV Fighters, CAS, Naval Bombers, TAC and Strat Bombers with the new armor system. The design itself should also be better overall for the AI.
More AI overhauls are needed, dont expect to see changes immediately. AI still goes monkey-brain if it tries to make other stuff, like CV CAS, but warlider’s brain is melting. Stuff like tech priorities need a full overhaul too and this doesent even begin to touch ai strategy files….
OTHER:
- Buffs from “Capitalism” have been halved.
- Halved compliance gain buffs from mass media policies.
- Coloured Absolute Monarchy subideology purple.
- Coloured Constitutional Monarchy subideology purplish-blue.
- Fixed missing description for Air-to-Air Radar 3
- Added missing Game Rules for loot boxes and Brazilian stuff.
- Removed India’s ability to choose a focus tree (road removed it.)
- Game Rules colouring was updated to show current day tree swap rules.

- MEFO bills fix No. 004. I dont know why my dumbass expected road not to fully overwrite mefo files, but i guess i did.
- Increased the additive cost from the MEFO bills mission from -0.15 to -0.20 per 6 months. 1.2pp drain in 1939 instead of 0.95pp.
- “Issues with Steelworks” required Thurgen, but targeted Silesian states first. Fixed.
SWI:
- Fixed Urbanization decisions being unavailable for Switzerland, due to the economic tab being hidden on the vanilla tree. Report if some broken stuff happens in the category.
AUS:
- Branch auto-hiding added.
PER:
- Branch auto-hiding added.
- Small changes from Road to 56 have been implemented on the Iran tree.
PRC:
- Increased the severity of “Farmers Uprising”, added -5% attack and defence against PRC, -5% factory output and +5% consumer goods modifier.

MILITARY:
- “Infantry Offensive" doctrine from Mass Assault right now grants a -20% equipment required buff for Infantry, Irregulars and Militia. From 100 rifles per division to 80.
- “Infantry Offensive" will grant recovery bonuses to Irregurals and Millitia, +0.15 and +0.10 respectivley.
- Updated Asymmetrical Warfare to the R56 values.
RESEARCH:
- Moved SRD research 4 years down. First SRD techs are now 1940 tech.
- Grouped up Armored Cars and Tank doctrine buffs wherever appropriate to clean up the tooltips a bit.
- Grouped up Navy bonuses into categories.
- Colored all research unit categories light blue for some ease of reading.
MIO:
- ARG - Removed duplicate MIO’s
- BRA - Re-added Road legacy checks, so MIO’s will work for people without TOA.
OTHER:
- Fixed force coring having peace coring compliance and resistance requirements in addition to its normal requirements.

- MEFO Bills should now properly incur the pp cost increase over time.

MIO:
- Cleaned up redundant generic companies. No need to both have “Escort Ship Manufacturer” and “Servicio de Construction[...]”.
- Swapped the conditions for Soviet MIO’s to prevent some MIO’s being gone after a civil war being lost.
- BRA & ARG - Localized MIO’s, threw away duplicate ones prioritizing vanilla ones, added the ability to unlock mio’s via vanilla focuses, instead of non-existent r56 ones.

OTHER:
- Fixed possible exploits in the “Offer Industrial Aid” diplomatic action.
  • It used to consider both trade civs and built civs, now only considers built civs.
  • Decision no longer adds building slots, for example be aware when using it if the recipient has only 3 building slots left, and you send via “send 5” option, 2 civs will be lost.
  • Civs removed from the donor country are now from random controlled states, as opposed to random core states.
    Decision ensures at least one slot is free in the recipient country.
