ARMY:
Removed terrain penalties from support AA tanks.
NAVY:
- Added Supercarrier Hulls. Slower, bigger carrier with 180 plane total capacity.
- Added Super Heavy Battleships II.
- Added Cruiser Submarine II.
- Cruiser Submarine I changes:
- Increased amount of slots
- Reduced base hull range 5000km -> 4000km
- Mounts 2 fuel tanks by default.
OTHER:
- Added an option for a second country to have the host tool.
NATION SPECIFIC:
HOL:
- Removed locks on political focuses after Trade Neutrality focuses. AI should still operate as if the locks were still in place, tho.

ARMY LEADERS:
- “Staff Office Plan” now locked behind “Organizer” trait.
All attack buffs for mechanized, cavalry and tanks moved from grind-able traits into unlockable traits.
(example, Panzer Leader +16% armor attack now in Panzer Expert. Panzer Expert’s +10% defense now in Panzer Leader.)
- Infantry Leader nerfed: +13% defence -> +10% defence.
- Panzer Expert nerfed: +16% attack -> +10% attack, reduces general’s cap by 4.
- Combined Warfare buffed: +12% attack -> +15% attack, reduces general’s cap by 2.
- Cavalry Expert buffed: +12% attack -> +15% attack, 0% def -> +10%
- Skirmisher can now be picked via “Infantry Leader” in addition to “Commando”
NAVY LEADERS:
- Adopted vanilla’s layout for admiral skills.
TANKS:
- Tank hardness was reduced, armor was buffed in places.
- Integrated Road’s new tank modules: Supercharger, Hull Mounted LMG, Optical and Advanced Rangefinders, Improved Optics, Electro-Mechanical Fire Control and Coaxial Support Cannon.
- “Electro-Mechanical Fire Control” flat buffs changed to a % buff, so its in line with the RP 1953 fire control system.
- “Improved Optics” flat buffs changed to a % buff, wide range of small % buffs for a hefty 10xp cost.
- Added descriptions to the new modules.
- Adopted Road’s tank module limits for light machine guns [one per tank].
NAVY:
Nerfed Submarine ranges:
1936 - 4000km -> 3000km
1940 - 5000km -> 3250km
1944 - 6000km -> 3500km
1948 - 6500km -> 3750km
AIR:
- New IR Guided Bombs, courtesy of @Erabior.
- Light Aircraft Manufacturer MIO should now affect CAS and Naval Bombers as well.
RESEARCH:
- DLC specific tech added by RP will hide now if you don't own the DLC its for.
- Nuclear navy and air module research have a non-dlc buff version now.
- “Naval Power” nuclear research had its research speed and nuclear production speeds removed. Reduced the time to research.
- Jet Engines, Rocket Tech, Nuclear Naval Power, Nuclear Depth Charge, Nuclear Air-to-Air, Fire Control Systems and Aircraft Gunsights can now be researched with an MIO.
- “Computing Machine” was visually a 1938 tech, but was set as a 1939 tech. Both 1938 now.
- 1942 Artillery Research had double the time cost to research. Fixed, now same as other arty unlocks.
OTHER:
- Fixed missing sub-ideologies causing a few leaders to be invalid, like the polish game start Ignacy.
- Upgraded topbar resource’s code, so it turns yellow if importing more than required.
NATION SPECIFIC:
ITA:
- Fixed Designer upgrade tooltips for “Modernize the Mezzogiorno” and “Strengthen Northern Industry” showing pre-AAT designers, with AAT enabled.
ENG:
- “Maintaining Imperial Integrity” idea will now be canceled if a subject becomes free.
PAR:
- Fixed Rafael Franco unable to become a communist leader, borking the entire communist focus paraguay path.
FIN:
- Fixed Svinhufvud’s personal agenda not having a tooltip.
- Adjusted Svinhufvud’s agenda so it no longer cares about democratic popularity.
This led to a funny scenario, where to get the people to trust your party, the democratic ruling party, you needed to lower the popularity of your own party below 1%. :KEKW:
And if Democracy was more popular than 70% and Communists got 10% THEN did the people care about growing socialism in the country. Even tho finnish game start democracy is classed as “Demo Conservatism”.

- Added a resource topbar. Code has been copied from Topbar Resources , with a new custom background texture and some code adjustments. If you like the feature, leave the man a like.

ITA:
- “Offer Peace To Ethiopia” decision time restriction changed 1937.01.01 -> 1936.06.01.
- Rules mission enforcing peace with Ethiopia in 1937:
- Should properly apply the Balance of Power as well as appropriate focus unlocks.
- Will no longer appear if baked in rules are disabled.
- Italy no longer can use the Diplomatic Action to peace out the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War. Use the decision.
ETH:
- Ethiopia no longer can use the Diplomatic Action to peace out the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War.
SOV:
- “National Specialists” buffed, gives +10% stability and +100pp in addition to previous Industrial Concern buffs.
- “Mass Immunizations” now give +5% stability, +5% war support and +25pp.
- “Superior War Machines” can be done with 1940 heavy tank tech and 1941 light tank tech, in addition to 1940 medium tank tech.
- Fixed “Reconvene Zemsky Sobor” and “Solidify Provisional Government” paths not hiding when doing a communist path.
- Fixed monarchist focuses overlapping stalin focuses when doing the monarchist civil war.

- Cost of all Special Forces raised to 150 guns and 10 support equipment per division. [This is Marines gun cost equivalent as well as the bicycle battalion’s worth of support equipment. Game start inf 50 cost vs 115 cost for any spec ops.]
TANKS:
- Nerfed Super Heavy Howitzers so they are finally in line with Heavy and Medium howitzers:
  • SHH1 90 -> 65,
  • SHH2 100 -> 80,
  • SHH3 120 - > 100
- Increased reliability penalty of super-heavy guns -20% -> -25%.
- Decreased superstructure reliability buff from +20% -> +15%.
- Buffed Heavy Tank guns:
  • Heavy1 20 -> 25 hard and soft,
  • Heavy2 30 -> 35 soft, 35 -> 40 hard,
  • Heavy3 35 -> 40 soft, 40 -> 50 hard.

- Adopted Road’s CAS Cannon weapon category, fixed medium airframes unable to equip cas cannons, can equip cannons on all modules with a limit of 1 per small airframe and 2 per medium airframe.
- Revolving Cannons nerfed:

- Airbrakes - Added medium airbrakes from Jack’s Fork, removed “can't perform naval missions” limit.

- Medium Howitzer 1 moved 1936 -> 1939 artillery.
- “Revolving Cannons” tech moved 1945 -> 1946.
- “Field Hospital 1”, “Logistics Company 1” and “Signal Company 1” changed requirements from the 2nd truck tech to the 1st truck tech.
- SpeOps tech as well as climate-specific units now require Support Equipment be researched before the units are. [Weird that the climate ones and shock troops didn't previously, those needed support equipment even before the nerf.]
GOV IDEAS:
- Expanded Government Ideas were nerfed by Simpy. [Changes listed below are warlider’s]
- “Civilian Spending” can no longer be used with “Corrupted Economy”
- Default R56RP recruitment laws no longer give any buffs.
- Recruitment Standard laws were swapped from “Recruitable Population” into “Recruitable Population Factor”, no more flat + to the recruitable percentage.
- Changed costs of most of the recruitment laws.
- Redid “Service Limit Law”
OTHER:
- “Civilian Economy” - Civilian and Infrastructure build speed replaced for a +5% total construction speed.
- “Early Mobilization” - removed civilian building speed buff, removed infrastructure build speed buff.

- Fixed pre-AAT SEPWE designer being assigned to Poland on game start with AAT enabled.
