GENERAL

- Dealing 4.8% max hp to a boss instantly clears a stack of Enrage, rather than it waiting to update until the next cycle.
- A hero dying without reincarnating clears all stacks of Enrage from all units and delays the next cycle by 90 seconds. A hero dying with reincarnation clears 1 stack, but does not delay the cycle.

ITEMS

- 7.33 Black King Bar parity for items.
- Removed Black King Bar from Signet of Destiny line, wasn't intended and wasn't working.
- Fixed Guardian Greaves line not getting Avatar's buff.

Reworked unit garbage collection to be manual to have less crashes due to that in the future

- Glepinir damage changed from 180 to 800
