fixed gyrocopter homing missile and flak cannon, no longer needs to turn to cast during flight of the valkyrie
fixed eblade tier 5 not amping spell damage
fixed sf raze and ember spirit sleight
fixed hoodwink ult not releasing early and talents

forgot to disable nyx xd

hotfixes to gyrocopter behavior i didn't realize during dev time
fixed necro ult benefitting from spell amp.
