- Removed the Patronize Guild estate action. The 4 estates it used to offer are now unlocked via random event.

- Limited the AI from picking the colonisation ideagroups after 6 nations have picked them.
- Seize Land interaction can now spawn rebels for each estate below 30 (instead of just one).
- Estate rebels are now unique to each estate. Losing to them will apply +20 influence for that estate for 10 years, take back 10 land, but will also restore 30 loyalty.

- Fixed mana regeneration being applied more than once due to a script oversight, resulting in instant mana restoration when unpaused.

- Purge: which spawns several worgen rebel stacks, and adds 3 global unrest for 10 years.
- Tolerate: which reduces global tax modifier by 33% and adds 1 global unrest for 10 years.
- Accept: which changes your nation to the Worgen version of its culture, adds the Worgen tech group and a unique modifier bonus.

- Added new disaster: Northgate Rebellion
- Simulates Lord Darius Crowley's rebellion against Greymane
- There are two outcomes from the disaster: Greymane wins and imprisons Crowley, or Crowley wins and imprisons Greymane, and replaces him as the ruler of Gilneas.
- Crowley winning will imprison Greymane.
- Greymane winning will imprison Crowley and will apply Gilnean Isolation.

- Added Twilight's Hammer events:
- Twilight Infiltration in Silithus: adds cores, culture and religion in 4 random Silithus provinces. May occur 50 years after the Orcish Horde invasion.
- Twilight Infiltration in Blackfathom Deeps: adds cores, culture and religion in the Blackfathom Deeps provinces. May occur 50 years after the Orcish Horde invasion.

- Causes development loss events to occur in each province, applying a forced 50% local autonomy for 5 years.
- Each event will make you pick between province Tax, province Production, province Manpower or normal Manpower as a cost.
- The pandemic will last 10 years or if enough provinces are afflicted.
- There is a 50 year grace period where it cannot happen again.

- Added new spawning events:
- Orgrimmar will now spawn in Kalimdor after Thrall's story occurs (requires Frostwolves to survive in Alterac Valley)
- Warsong will now spawn in Splintertree Post soon after Orgrimmar is founded.
- Black Tooth Grin will now spawn in the Burning Steppes 50 years (or later) after the Orcish Horde invades.
- Dragonmaw will now spawn/gain land in Grim Batol 25 years after the Orcish Horde invades (linked to the Demon Soul and there subjugation of the Alexstraza).
- Frostwolf will now spawn/gain land in Alterac Valley 10 years after the Orcish Horde invades.

- Added Thrall story events (they fire for the Frostwolves):
- Discovery of Go'el: fires 1 year after the Frostwolves spawn in Alterac Valley. Kills Durotan and makes Drek'Thar the ruler of the Frostwolves
- Thrall's Escape: occurs 15 years after the previous event. Describes Thrall's situation and grants some prestige to the Frostwolves.
- Thrall's Reunion: occurs 3 years after the previous event. Makes Thrall the ruler of the Frostwolves.
- Thrall's Journey: occurs 10 years after the previois event. Makes Drek'Thar the ruler of the Frostwolves. Allows the Orgrimmar spawn event to occur.

# Gameplay
- Added new benefits to the following ideagroups:
- wwu_innovation_ideas_7 (Military Education) now boosts the Army Professionalism gained via general recruitment by 1%
- wwu_economic_ideas_5 (Centralization) now grants 1 free development of each type in the state when a state is centralized.
- wwu_administrative_ideas_7 (Extensive Libraries) now allows rulers to use the Undergo Class Training action for free.
- wwu_law_ideas_2 (Trial by Combat) now grants a 25% chance to kill an enemy general after victory in battle.
- wwu_development_ideas_6 (Liquidation) now refunds 25% of the base cost of a building when it is destroyed.

- Adjusted Estate Coup disaster:
- Now lasts 15 years minimum, instead of ending once the noble rebels are gone.
- Will spawn more noble rebels throughout the disaster.

- The Emerald Nightmare event will now occur more often for Druidic nations.
- Faction Rosters can now be viewed by any nation.

- Added the Adventurer system:
- Replaces Mercenary Company system.
- There are now numerous Adventurer Companies: mainly based off the classes present in Warcraft.
- Each Adventurer company has modifiers to distinguish them from standard troops.

- Army Professionalism now reduces normal troop cost when low, and reduces Adventurer troop cost when high (+ the old high military bonuses).
- Recruiting Adventurers now grants 3 Army Professionalism upon recruitment.

- Horde Unity governments can now gain Horde Unity by winning battles (+5 for each battle won). Rebels don't count for this.

# Rise of the Horde

# Story
- Darkshire has Grand Hamlet name during Rise of the Horde bookmark
- Added an event that changes the name to Darkshire once the Orcish Horde attacks Darkshire.

# Magic
- Split the Domain Magic menu into the various spell aptitude categories, to make browsing the spells a bit easier.
- The Spells are now always visible, but they will be grayed out if you don't meet the requirements for usage.
- Added Untrained rank for skills at 0 rank.
- Changed the Mind Surge and Ascendence spells to now randomly reduce a rank in aptitute, finesse or concentration (or none) when they are used.
- Ascendence now uses a separate commander that dies after 10 years, instead of your ruler.
- Polymorph spell now applies the conversion with an event for each province (up to the amount your finesse allows), meaning overlapping conversion will no longer occur.
- Added new spell: Evocation - Regain 1 mana but gain 2 corruption. Has a cooldown of 5/4/3/2/1, based on ruler Concentration.

# Classes
- Made the Learn Class option in the Personal Chamber a decision instead. It is called "Undertake Class Training").

# Artifacts
- Added additional information to the artifact repository options. If the artifact is owned by another country, the tooltip will tell you which. If it hasn't been discovered yet, it will tell you that too.

# Peace Terms
- Added "Steal Artifact" peace term, allowing a nation to take another nation's artifact.

# Diplomatic Actions
- Control Subject action will now work with any subject type.
- Added "Abandon Subject" action that will allow the overlord to break the subject relationship.

# Subject Types
- Dragonflight Splinter will now have the overlord protect the subject against external attackers.
- Troll Tributary is now Savage Vassal. Acts like Feudal Vassal, can be integrated.
- Normal Vassals/Marches owned by a Troll overlord will automatically be converted into Savage Vassals.

- Reworked the Loa events so they work in a more sane manner.
- Adjusted the Sacrifice Loa decision so it gives you the Loa's bonuses.

- Enforce War Participation faction action will no longer force player nations to join the leader's war.
- Enforce War Participation faction action will no longer force subject member nations to join as control should lay with their overlord.
- Fixed "Turn towards Shamanism" being available too early, causing AI nations to switch back to Shamanism after converting to Fel during the initial orc events.
- Faction roster actions will no longer take resources from the members when used, instead they require the member to have a certain level of the resource for them to award the leader their amount.
- AI Faction leaders will kick members that are subject to overlords that are not members of the faction.
- AI Faction members will leave the faction if they are subject to overlords that are not members of the faction.
- Fleet-footed modifier has been added to the Draenor dark portal province.
