# General
- Added ruler history for nations missing default rulers during the bookmark dates.
- Added "Pass the Mantle of Leadership" decision that allows players to exile their immortal ruler if their country has one.
- Added a few events that allow isolated nations like Deepholm to get free claims occasionally if they haven't expanded beyond their starting position.

# Religion
- Added 6 'deities' for the Bananas religion.
- Added 6 'deities' for the Zangar/Sporemounds religion.

# Map
- Overhauled the terrain, color and tree map to give the world map a more Warcraftesque feel. Terrain now uses textures from World of Warcraft to achieve this.

- Added colonial regions to the Dragon Isles (therefore removing trade companies there).

- Added an automatic discovery of the world (excluding the Dragon Isles) after the year 700. This is so countries don't need to get exploration/expansion just to uncover the TI.

# Subjects
- Added new subject types:
- Feudal Vassal: used by Westfall, Redridge and Darkshire, permits them to act like tributaries.
- Protected Vassal: used by Karazhan.
- Troll Tributary: used by the Troll subjects, permits them to act like tributaries.
- Dragonflight Spinter: used by the minor Dragonflight nations, permits them to act like tributaries.

- Added "Vassal Revolt" event for Stormwind when they annex Westfall, Redridge or Darkshire. Makes the remaining vassals much more disloyal.

# Divine Fate
- Replaced Lucky Nations mechanic with Divine Fate system:
- This adds bonuses to AI similar to Lucky Nations, but also provides bonuses during AI vs. AI wars specifically.
- The bonuses scale based on the stage of the game, ramping up into the late-game.
- This change is to allow the lucky AI to expand and become a threat to the player without giving them massive bonuses in a war vs. the player.

# Rise of the Horde
- Redesigned the "Rise of the Horde" event chain. It is now integrated into mission trees for Shadowmoon and the other orc clans.

- Added mission trees for Shadowmoon, Warsong, Bleeding Hollow, Burning Blade, Blackrock.

- Changed the orc clan settlement in Azeroth: passing through the Dark Portal now spawns a new nation called the Orcish Horde that represents the unified clans working together. This is to allow the AI to pose an actual threat as the individual clans were too small to threaten Stormwind and co.

- Added "Control Orcish Horde" diplomatic action that allows the player to switch to them if they are an Orc Clan nation.

- Added "Return to Clan" diplomatic action that allows the player to switch back to their original clan if they switched to the Orcish Horde.

- Added "Settle Clan in Azeroth" diplomatic action for clans towards the Orcish Horde, allowing them to claim specific areas if the Orcish Horde controls them, ceding the chosen area to the clan. This is player-only.

- Redesigned Stormwind's mission tree to account for the new Rise of the Horde design.

- Shadow Council is now added as a core to Shadowmoon lands after the Establish the Horde mission.
- If the player releases the Shadow Council and plays as them, an event will allow you to claim the title of Warchief automatically.

# First/Second War
- Adjusted the First and Second War events to account for the Orcish Horde nation and design intent.
- Added "Open Dimensional Portals" decision that allows an Orc clan during the First War era or beyond to trigger the Outlandification event if they are in a war with a member of the Alliance.

# Scourge
- Tweaked the structure of the Scourge mission tree so it looks a bit nicer and added a few minor missions to it.
- Disabled the Scourge of Lordaeron event that emulated the outcome of the Scourge mission tree. It was unfun for the player when playing Lordaeron.

# Silvermoon
- Added "Blood Knights Arise!" event to add the Blood Knights faction to Silvermoon when they lose the Sunwell
- Added "Sunwell Restored" event when the Sunwell has been restored after the Blood Knights have been added as a faction. Let's you disband them or say they will reform.

# Multiplayer
- Added host_player flag that tags the first non-AI nation as the host player. This is only relevant in multiplayer. It is used so player-only events first for the same player while in multiplayer, rather than randomly picking from available players.
- Added "Transfer Host Player Status" diplomatic action so players can choose who is the host.

# World Trees
- Changed the World tree destruction to use a similar system to the Old God awakening system: the aggressor starts the process, and after 10 years the tree is destroyed. Other nations then have a chance to douse the tree and stop the destruction process.
- Added Demonic Vanguard nation: they spawn in around Nordrassil and represent Archimonde and his legion forces. They appear after year 650 or later.
- "Plant Seeds of Teldrassil" decision now only appears after Nordrassil has been destroyed.
- "Form Darnassus" decision now only appears after Seeds of Teldrassil have been planted.

# Peace Terms
- Added "Depose Ruler" term: allows you to kill the enemy ruler. Has internal cooldown of 10 years.
- Added "Depose Heir" term: allows you to kill the enemy heir. Has internal cooldown of 10 years.

# Estates
- Added new estate privileges that grant large bonuses in exchange for heavy gold expenditure.

# Magic
- Setup ruler history properly for the Magic system.
- More rulers have spellcasting capabilities by default.
- Each ruler has specific starting aptitude, finesse, concentration and mana.
- Ascendence will now force immortal rulers to be exiled for 10 <> 20 years, instead of killing them.

# Decisions
- Changed "Form Draenor" decision now to require owning all of Draenor or Outland.

# National Ideas
- Added NI set for Draenor.
- Added NI set for New Argus.
- Added NI set for Apexis Empire.
- Added NI set for Argent Crusade.
- Added NI set for Amani Empire.
- Added NI set for Guardians of Azeroth

# Diplomatic Actions
- "Form Raid" action has been made more worthwhile. It now sends adventurers (rebels) to the target Evil nation. Each province they siege will award you gold, and if they enforce their demands, the Evil nation will gain a heavy debuff.

# Government Reforms
- Added "Centralize Kingdom" reform for Troll Kingdoms, allowing them to drop the Nomad mechanics and switch to Monarchy mechanics.

# Graphics
- Added Kul Tiran graphical culture.
- Added Lightforged Draenei graphical culture.
- Added Void Elf graphical culture.
- Added female advisor pictures for graphical cultures that lacked them where possible.

# Artifacts
- Added Artifact Repository to Personal Chamber menu, this allows you to select your primary artifact from a list of acquired artifacts.
- Added the rest of the legion artifact weapons as obtainable artifacts.
- Reworked the Archaeological Dig mechanic. The decision will now start an event chain where you need to advance Dig Progress to complete the dig. Once you reach 5 Dig Progress, you will be rewarded with an artifact.

# Classes
- Ruler classes are now done via ruler flag.
- Ruler class training now has a progress value and a small assortment of events. This means you can fail to become the chosen class if you do not select the right options.
- Bonuses for specific classes are given via triggered modifier.

# Personal Chamber
- The Personal Chamber event is a unique event that displays your ruler's portrait and class icon, and your primary artifact. Unique portraits for named characters such as Gul'dan, have been added to give additional flavour.

- Added Monument Research system, replacing the general unlock all given by the Cultural Assimilation government reform.
- Requires the Cultural Assimilation reform to appear.
- You can now choose to research the monuments on a specific 'continent'.
- Once begun, the research may invoke negative events.
- After 25 years, it will be complete and you will be able to use any monument on the chosen continent without needing to meet their normal requirements.

- Added Province Administration province action building.
- Used with a province for a small cost to enact province-level decisions.
- Changed "Cultural Purge" and "Forced Emigration" decisions to instead be province decisions in this menu.

- Added "Draw Populace from Capital" province decision, allowing you to send development from capital to target province.
- Added "Send Populace to Capital" province decision, allowing you to send development to capital from target province.
- There is an internal cooldown of 365 days for the development migration decisions.
- Both decisions require the base tax/production/manpower to be at least 2/2/2 to appear.

- Restored Terra Incognita coverage at game start:
- Each nation's vision is determined by its capital's continent.
- Each capital continent has a group of continents that is revealed at the game start.
- For bookmarks past 600, everything except the Dragon Isles is revealed by default

- Added Coast Exploration events back as TI is now present.

- Expanded on the Awaken Old God decisions.
- Added the ability to awaken N'Zoth and Y'Shaarj.
- Added the ability to stop the awakening process for non-evil nations before it is complete.
- Tied the ability to awaken to specific locations, allowing formerly good nations to choose to succumb.

- Added Mantid Swarm government form.
- Added to the Mantid vassal nations.

- Removed the Estates in Control triggered modifier.
- Added "Estate Coup" disaster, starts when any of the core estates have 80 or more influence.

# Balance
- Reduced max advisor level to 6 (from 10), since higher promotion levels overly benefit the player for monarch power generation.
- Reduced the combat dice roll to 6 (from 10) to make combat outcome more dependent on one's own modifiers and not RNG.
- Reduced the land share hit taken when noble or religious rebels siege down a province.
- Additionally, they only take land if they are disloyal when the siege occurs.
- Added +1 free leader slot for every 200 development.
- Monuments now require the province to be in a state before they will provide their modifiers.
- Changed the stat growth in the Spellcaster system to only use 5 tiers, the Improve X decisions will now always change the tier ranking when used.
- Added an increasing cost for each improvement in a tier, and added a cooldown to usage so you can't immediately get to Legendary in all stats.

- Changed the design of Development:
- Base Cost now starts at 200.
- Improve Base Tax, Production and Manpower actions cap at 30. Other sources of increase can still make it exceed this value, however.
- Each development reduces cost by 0.5%.
- This means low development provinces cost more, as a province with little infrastructure would require greater effort to improve.
- Whereas highly developed provinces cost less since they already possess infrastructure, making it easier to grow.
- In general, this encourages focused development as you would see in reality, and discourages even development across multiple provinces as is encouraged in vanilla.

- Changed Settlement Growth (colonist development mechanic):
- Now always grants 1 development once a year instead of being chance-based.

# Misc
- Standardized the disaster icons so they follow the same graphical look.

# Bugfixes
- The estate agenda now consider upgraded versions of buildings in the agenda that ask you to build certain buildings.
- Changed Spellcaster personality into "Spellcaster Capabilities" ruler modifier. This is to avoid instances where a ruler can have a full complement of personalities and then attempt to learn Spellcasting and have it fail to add the personality.
- Fixed a bug with the spellcasting stat gain decisions that meant they would never let you go beyond Poor skill.
- Pirate nations with Tirasian culture no longer get Kul Tiras NIs.
