- Small hotfix.

- Small changes to tank engine and armor research (added aluminium armor type).
- Changes to AI equipment templates.
- Fixed some stats on air modules that were shown in the gui by weren't working properly. Some air modules had their stats changed as a result (mostly wing shapes).
- Localization (English) fixes and changes.
- Geenral bug hunting, greatly reduced the error log the bare minimum.
- Small icon fixes.
- Removed the resources decision from the game. New decisions to explore resources have made it irrelevant as resource availability grows naturally now.
