General:
_Corrected some lights and cables
_Modified capture times for almost every point : increased time by 2 seconds for A points, to give RED the opportunity to fight and hold the point despite the walk disadvantage and increased time by 1 second for B points.

Stage 1
_Modified buildings in the Alley to add a way for RED and add verticality to that section of the level. Can also serve as an alternate way for BLU to handle B's attack

Stage 2
_Modified a building in Stage 2 next to the Alley way to B to add another option for BLU to reach that point.
_The door to the street of the RED spawn will now close when A is captured by BLU in order to make the street a viable way to attack B. In return, the debris are now in RED's favor

Stage 3
_Corrected some sound problems related to the alarm for when capturing the RED base, and reduced the volume of the horn that announces incoming trains
