0.12.0

Reworked and improved a lot of things, you might have to recraft spells if you have them.
Also increased and decreased some recipe requirements as I felt it was too easy to get some weapons after the last update.

Changes:
  • All spells have been reworked and are now offhand type spells. (You can use with onehand type weapons, and use them while moving)

  • Damage tweaks here and there.

  • Changed some recipes, increasing/decreasing some required items. (Will continue to be balanced with further updates in the future.)

  • Added new weapons.

  • Added more custom particle effects to enchanted and bane weapons

  • Added bonus vitality forr bane weapons.

  • Changed some buffs.

  • You can now move while using Force abillities. (Not Force Lift)

  • Added new spells.

  • Changed how purifying events work. No longer any annoying gaining corruption notifications.

  • Reworked a lot of blueprints, fixing several issues.

  • Frostmourne now has a custom moveset. WIP.

  • Removed corruption border, if you guys feel this was unneccessary I will revert this change.

  • Temporarily removed the Rebellion. Will come back in future updates.

  • Fixed several other issues.

That is it for now I think, if I forgot something I will probably add it in later.

And keep in mind some changes could spark bugs that needs fixing, and if I feel they are in need of urgent fixing I will try and update the mod asap.

Blood Magic is still bugged, I will look into it sometime in the future, for now I recommend not using it.

Yesterday I got some great feedback from some members of the community, so before I take my pause from modding for a little while I wanted to give back to the community. What better way to do that than to reduce crafting costs, improve damage on the late game weapons, introduce a new type of damage kit and wait for a few people to complain about the frequency of updates.

Fixes/changes:
  • God Krystallion no longer requires spells to be crafted. So 20 Spellbooks will be needed, along with 1x of the new Unstable Krystallion and 25 Dragonsteel.

  • Reduced Fragments of Power needed to craft Spellbooks. (10 -> 7)

  • Increased damage on many weapons in the second feat tree (Magic Arsenal -> Ultradimension)

  • Increased DoT damage outputs, with the upgraded weapons now also applying Smite like the God Weapons. (Deals max hp% damage).

  • Fixed an issue with Blood Magic causing it to still effect max hp?

  • Sabers now have a unique and powerful quickly applied debuff, dealing hp% damage.

  • Increased durabillity on the lightsabers (2450 -> 6000)

  • Reduced materials needed to craft several weapons.

  • Added new Weapon Damage Kit (+8), Unstable Krystallion which is both a damage kit and a ingredient. Not too hard to craft. Recipe further down.

  • Moved God Krystallion Recipe to Tempest Weapons feat and added Unstable Krystallion recipe to the Godly Arsenal feat.

  • Changed names of the tempest weapons to improve user experience.

  • Improved recipe descriptions to give the user more undertstanding of what different weapons can do.

  • Lightsabers now have a seperate repair kit, that requires 2 Holy Repair Kits and 1 Unstable Krystallion to craft.

  • Other improvements.

Unstable Krystallion Recipe:
  • 100 Glowing Goop
  • 10 Shadebloom
  • 1 Heart of a Hero.
  • 15 Powder of Corruption

Well then, now it's time for me to take it easy and relax and hopefully you guys have a great time with the new update.

Fixed some very game effecting issues regarding armor, health and blocking.

Fixes/changes:
  • Fixed Blood Magic changing Max Health Values. Has no references to Max Health in the bp at all now.

  • Fixed Armor values going below 0, if you encounter more of these issues, please report them to me.

  • Fixed blocking not working properly because the devkit felt like screwing with me.

  • Fixed Mitra Waraxe thorn damage being applied after the Smite Debuff Expired (wut?)

  • Changed the way my health regen buffs work, to cause less issues in the future.

  • Added a little initial damage to poison armor on Set Daggers. Anyone who hits you will get slightly damaged right before having applied poison to them.

  • Other fixes and changes, added some more particle and sound cues to some God armor types.

That's it for now I believe. Sorry for any inconvenience regarding the fast updates. Just trying to keep everything as functional and great as possible.

0.11.2

Today's update will look at fixing some more issues introduced with the recent big update. As well as some Quality of Life Improvements for players.

Improvements:
  • Reduced crafting timers on all the materials heavily, except the God Krystallion.

  • Less materials required to craft the Holy Weapon Repair Kit.

  • Increased stack sizes of the crafting materials, except the God Krystallion. Spellbooks can now be stacked to 50.

  • Changed all the crafted result of recipes to one material, so you can more easily regulate the exact amount you want. The recipes have been adjusted accordingly.

  • Crafting Corrupted Wood now grants you Powder of Corruption on top.

Fixes/changes:
  • Fixed some related health issues to the new god weapons. (Using Waraxe of Mitra could make you invulnerable fex)

  • Adjusted some audio volumes.

  • Fixed issues with damage bonuses not being applied properly, they should work now.

  • Fixed Blood Magic, changed it to Bonus Strength.

  • Fixed many issues with the new God Weapons.

  • Added poison damage to Daggers of Set.

  • Added guaranteed Bleed to Dual Swords of Derketo. (Bonus damage should also work now)

  • Added thorn damage that applies to enemies when hitting you with Waraxe of Mitra equipped.

  • Added some particle/audio cues for god armor events (that hopefully work)

  • Fixed Female Parry animation for Dual Wielded Weapons not showing.

Like mentioned last update not long ago, issues happen, and I want to fix them asap. I fixed all urgent issues that the mod had with the latest update

As with other bigger updates, some things might now work as intended when adding many new features (works in devkit but not in the game fex), so if that happens, I will be trying to fix those issues asap. Just so that you are prepared. Sorry for any inconvenience if this occurs.

This update reworks the God Weapons and comes with lots of improvements.

UI
  • All Icons have been revisited and optimized.

  • New Icons for God Weapons.

  • God poison is now Godly Smite, still does %hp damage, but also cripples now.

  • New Icons for some other weapons.

  • Seperated Feat Trees, it now starts with Corruptionist Arsenal - Enchanted Weaponry, then goes Magic Arsenal - Ultradimensional.

  • Fixed many item tags.

Recipes
  • All god weapons (except for Yamato Katana and Crom Club) needs to be crafted in fully upgraded Altars.

  • All god weapons now require more materials to craft.

  • All crafting materials (except God Krystallion) now need to be crafted in the Firebowl Cauldron.

  • Other small recipe changes.

Feats
  • Now not all feats are in one tree, one tree starts with Corruptionist Arsenal as usual, but now ends with Enchanted Weaponry. The second tree starts at Magic Arsenal and Goes to Ultradimensional. This looks way more clean.

Weapons
  • Dual Swords of Derketo replaces Derketo Greatsword.

  • Waraxe of Mitra replaces Mitra Falchion.

  • New god weapon mechanics, some featuring thorn type armor. Like when using the Set Daggers, when an enemy attacks you you will get temporary armor and they will get poisoned. When using the Ymir Axe, enemies will be sundered if they attack you.

Fixes
  • Small fixes here and there

  • Fixed many issues with Blood Magic, now has more explanatory buff descriptions, no disabled input (still no movement though), should be server notify now, ignores armor when using it etc. (Blood Magic now has changed Item ID, as it is no longer placeholder.)

  • The Bloodmagic Spell now requires Blood to be crafted.

Other changes
  • Added many new particles and sound effects to the god weapons.

  • Added new offhand for dual wielded weapons, parry. Creates a short timewindow where you have hyperarmor. Can be great in sticky situations to avoid being knocked or stunned, needs to be well timed.

  • Increased offhand light attack combo speed and added bleed.

  • Made some improvements to the Sawtooth Blade.

  • Visual and sound improvements for all upgradable weapons.

  • Other improvements.

Hopefully everything works like a charm. Enjoy the update.

Just had to fix some sound issues, some things work in the devkit but not in the game and this was the case yet again. I am sorry for any inconvenience. The sounds should now work properly, the rest of the update notes are from last update (1.0.3).

I had some real urgent issues in the mod to attend to regarding durabillity.

I also spent some extra time to add a new two handed staff type weapon to the Magic Arsenal. This one Steals your opponents health and gives it back to you. The amount of health you get is based off of the damage you deal.

Changes/fixes
  • Fixed some really urgent issues regarding durabillity and using corrupted/pure weapons.
  • Increased all Upgraded Weapons Durabillty to 4000 for +1 and 5000 for +2.
  • Reduced the damage of all 2h spear type weapons.
  • Added a new staff (2h spear type) weapon that can lifesteal, can also be upgraded, check below for more info.
  • Made some corruption gain changes.
  • Improved the Flamberge and it now burns enemies. Also has sfx now.
  • Improved many sfxs and got rid of looping sounds for Upgraded Weapons.

New Weapon!


This update features the new Doom Staff, heavily inspired by the staff used by Thulsa Doom in Conan the Barbarian.
It can steal enemies Lifeforce and give it back to the wielder, sustaining them in battle.

Can be crafted with the Magic Arsenal feat at Level 190.

Stats
Doom Staff:
  • 63 Damage
  • 0% Armor Pen
  • 3000 Durabillity
  • Lifesteal (7% of damage dealt)
Upgraded
God Staff +1:
  • 75 Damage
  • 9% Armor Pen
  • 4000 Durabillity
  • Bonus Stamina Regen (Instrument of the Gods)
  • True Damage Over Time Debuff on Enemies (True Burn)
God Staff +2:
  • 81 Damage
  • 9% Armor Pen
  • 5000 Durabillity
  • Bonus Stamina Regen (Instrument of the Gods)
  • True Damage Over Time Debuff on Enemies (True Burn)
  • Passive Health Regen that works in and out of combat.
