v4.0 "The Soviet Union"

- completely new flags for all of the Soviet Republics:
-- communist Russia will now use WW2 flag instead of post-1951 design
-- communist Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia will now use the 1940 design
-- Baltic Union emblem and flag color was revised in the communist version to be similar to the 1936 version of the Soviet Union flag
-- new flags for the communist Belarus and Ukraine (post-1951 version replaced with the WW2 era version)
-- fascist Ukraine will now use the UPA flag
-- new flags for communist Finland
-- new flags for Turkestan based countries replacing the 1950s and 1990s flags with their historical counterparts:
--- historical 1936-1940 (non-cyrillic) flags for communist Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan
--- fascist and neutral Kazakhstan will now use the same version of the flag
--- historical Orda flag variant for the democratic Kazakhstan
--- historical flag variants for non-communist Uzbekistan (based on Bukhra and Kokand flags)
--- historical flags for non-communist Turkmenistan (based on Khiva design)
--- semi-historical flag for non-communist Kyrgyzstan (based on Kyrgyz, Uyghur, Mongol and Turkic banners used in the region before the Soviet Era with modern flag color theme)
--- semi-historical flag for non-communist Tajikistan (inspired by the Afghan and Persian flags)

- new flag for communist Afghanistan (based on historical 1929 design instead of 1980s design)
- new design for the EU flags (based on Paneuropean movement https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paneuropean_Union instead of modern not historical EU design)
- new flag for fascist Argentina (based on the 1938 Buenos Aires Rally design - won't post any links, but google it if you wish)
- new flag for communist Brazil (will now use the same emblem as my CoA mod)
- new flag for communist Cyprus (based on real life design)
- new flag for neutral Bahamas
- communist Israel flag with Maki emblem
- new "Malaysia" flags - there was no Malaysia during the WW2 and the MAL tag is actually used to represent three separate real world countries in the game (Federated Malay States, Kingdom of Sarawak and Straits Settlements) so here's how it will work from now on:
-- MAL as the British puppet will use the post-1925 flag of Straits Settlements AKA British Malaya (vanilla used pre-1925 not historical version)
-- MAL as independent neutral/democratic/fascist state will use both the Sarawak and Federated Malay flags in party per cross design
-- MAL as communist state will use new flag based on the Vietnam flag, but with Sarawak/Malay color theme and design
- new democratic/neutral Mutapa flag design
- new flags for Namibia (no more 1990s flag design)
- new lighter version of communist Ethiopia flag
- few other cosmetic changes (emblem resize etc.)

v3.0 - War flag update

- Added war flags for Germany, Italy, Japan, China and other nations that historically used alternate flag variants for army/naval units
- many corrections and fixes to smaller flags
- removed all the flags for tags that don't exist anymore
- new nazi flag (for nazi germany, nazi austria and reichkomissariats which has the emblem tilted towards the left)
- United Baltic neutral flag will now be the same as fascist and not the same as democratic
- German flags revised
-- DDR will now use standard black-white-red for fascist/neutral and plain black-red-gold for democratic/communist (without any emblems)
-- West Germany will now use standard black-red-gold for democratic/communist and Josef Wirmer's 1944 "Resistance" design for neutral/fascist
-- communist German flag will use KPD logo instead of 1953 post-Stalinist DDR emblem
-- thus DDR emblem was completely eradicated from the mod

- CSA and USA_CSA will all use the historical third national flag of CSA - the "Blood-Stained Banner" which will not depend on ideology anymore
- neutral USB will use the flag with six stars (thanks for spotting the mistake @Enriador)
- new proper Franco-British Union flag - both Union Jack and Tricolore are clearly visible and not mashed up together. The spear emblem represents Free France and it's land forces while the trident emblem represents UK with it's naval dominance. The flag was custom made from the scratch to not make neither France nor UK the dominant side of the Union.

- fixed yunaan small flags as they didn't load as intended
- switched Angolan flags (now fascist is the same as neutral and not the same as communist)
