- few missing flags from vanilla added (Silk Road Empire will now have a Mughal flag, Timurid flag will not change back to Indian flag on ideology change etc.)

It's going to be white-yellow-black instead of the black-yellow-white (which was the Tsar Alexander II's flag).

IMO looks it weird, but is more historically accurate and historical accuracy was always the point of this mod's existence.
