V4.30 Tree Update

Tree Update
- Trees will now be scalable by a slider. They will go both smaller and larger than before.
- The leaves will be paintable.
- Collision now scales with the tree size.
- Sap tap on the sap tree can now be hidden via the radial wheel.
- Leaves can be set to glow in the dark via the radial. (Has an INI option to disable it if you choose. Crystaline trees are not affected by this setting and always glow.)
- 5 New trees added. The new trees will have engrams so if you want to block them being crafted you can by moving the engram.
-Blue Crystalline Tree: Produces Blue Crystalized Sap over time.
Blue Crystallized Sap can be used to replace blue gems.
-Green Crystalline Tree: Produces Green Crystalized Sap over time.
Green Crystallized Sap can be used to replace green gems
-Red Crystalline Tree: Produces Red Crystalized Sap over time.
Red Crystallized Sap can be used to replace red gems.
-Flower Tree: Produces Rare Flowers over time.
-Mushroom Tree: Produces Rare Mushrooms over time.
With this update all trees will go to the default size so you may need to resize them via the new slider UI to get them the size they were before.

Optimizations:
I have worked hard to overhaul textures and materials in this update to shrink the size of the mod. This will allow me more room to add more content in the future without having to swell its size larger than it was before this update.
Bug fixes and tweaks:
- Adjusted the collision on the beds and cot to hopefully help with some of the rare instances of being push into the mesh while standing up and getting stuck.
- Added the ability to cycle what snaps the taps and sink will snap to. (Disable floor snaps, disable all snaps and all snaps enabled. This is done by hitting "G" while placing them.
- Small bug fixes.

New INI Options:
- TreeProduceItemDefault=true Setting this to false will make it so when a tree is placed item production will be off by default. You can still enable item production via the radial wheel it will just default to off instead of on.
- TreeDisableEmissive=false Setting this to true will disable the ability to turn on the leaf glow option in the radial wheel. (This setting does not affect the crystalline trees as they will always glow.)
- GemTreeProduceIntervalInSeconds=360 The amount of time to produce an item in seconds
- FlowerTreeProduceIntervalInSeconds=360 The amount of time to produce an item in seconds
- MushroomTreeProduceIntervalInSeconds=360 The amount of time to produce an item in seconds

V4.29.1

Minor bug fix update.

Fixed an issue that made the flour free to craft or would not craft at all.
Fixed an issue that made tree fruits not able to go in the spoiling basket.
Other minor bug fixes related to moving the gardening assets back in the main folder done in the last update.

Updated the Tree bee hives dead tree to not look bruised anymore. Was pointed out to me and I could not unsee it so had to fix it.

Back pack dyeing: The backpack is now dyeable.
Because of how it is constructed to make it work in the offhand slot without causing the caharacter to always look like they are holding a shield and to make the dying work with it. It will not be visible if you have a mod installed that replaces the character pawn.
I will say that I have tested it with CE Races mod and it seems work with it fine from my testing.

V4.29

Some more back end code optimization.
Minor bug fixes.

Fixed issue causing blueprints to disappear from the inventory of the Vendor NPC and the Vendor cart on server restart if bulk set price was used. This will not fix any currently bulk priced blueprints and they will still disappear on server restart for this update. Any done after the update will not have the issue.

Fixed an issue with the Spyglass not adding the enhanced info when INI is set to true. It should now work properly.

Fixed an issue with the admin buff not properly restoring pooping when the buff was removed or when you went back to visible. Also I have removed the poop noise while invisible.

Reworked several of the crafting structures to allow the search function to work properly.

Reworked collision on the smithy and alchemy bench. Also changed the model of the alchemy bench. Just some small changes to the existing model so it is not a complete replacement.

Moved the crops back into the main mod as they were shared with the stand alone Gardening mod to fix some issues this has caused by some of the more recent Wildcard updates. This will however make the two mods incontestable with each other.
This has had the benefit of allowing me to add branding to the crop icons so it is easy to tell my crops from other mods. This also has allowed me to remove some no longer needed files from the mod.
All spawn codes have changed for them just to make you aware.
Grapes will now spoil into yeast.

New INI Settings:
DisablePlayerPooping=false Setting this to true will make the player characters no longer emit poop or make the poop sound. This should not effect the ability to use a toilet.

Some more back end code optimization.
Minor bug fixes.
Fixed large chest not being paintable.

Trade Cart and Trader NPC Changes:
Due to a change Wildcard made so items auto reset to max stack size if it is over that amount on a server restart.
I have reworked the portion of the code that deals with the sell of items and the quantity needed.
It will no longer set the stack size to the quantity needed it will set them to 1.
It will now display the quantity needed in the center on the button and will still be on the tooltip.
This change does not require any adjustments on the users part but it will not set prevalued items stack to 1 but will still work properly non the less.

Commission Items:
RPE Backpack:
The Backpack reduces the weight of items carried by the player. Default is 10% but is adjustable via an INI setting.
- Can be dyed.
- Crafted in the player inventory.
- Goes in the offhand slot. (Does Not force the player to do the shield holding animation like some others do.)
The Backpack is only visible on the player or on the RPE Taxidermy stand and all NPC's. It will not show on other mods or vanilla taxidermy stands or mannequins and the like.

New INI Settings:
BacpackWeightReductionPercent=10.0 MIn=1.0 Max=100.0 This is the percent of weight reduction the backpack does. Example 10.0 makes everything weigh 90% of its original weight so if something weighs 1.0 it would weigh 0.9 with the backpack on.

V4.28

Some back end code optimization.
Removed the instant damage admin rifle. This has been broken by one of the recent wildcard updates and may return later if I figure out how to fix it.
Minor bug fixes.

Admin Ring and Buff Changes:
The Admin ring itself is no longer needed but still works as before.
The Admin buff can now be activated by simply holding R and selecting to add the buff via the radial wheel. The buff can also be removed the same way.
Admin Buff Changes:
The admin buff now incorperates some of the features of GCM.
1: Gives you the Ark Admin Rifle.
2: Gives the ability to destroy structures with a button press. This is done by pressing Alt and R while looking at a structure.
The buff has been made to play nice with the GCM buff by disabling some of it's features that are like the GCM ones. (Flight and God mode) This was done to help prevent conflicts between the two buffs.
The buff has been re-coded to make it more efficient and cleaner code.
I\'ve add double and triple checks to ensure everything is deactivated when the buff is removed.
Now it should prevent radiation, Bola and being caught on fire while active.
Now prevents poop from being emitted while invisible.

Build Marker: The Build Marker is an easy way to visibly see a specified build area to keep your build within server rules.
You can easily adjust its dimensions with the UI. The X and Y are in foundations and there is a vanilla walls in height.
It auto hides the range after 10 minutes so you can\'t forget and leave it on.
This is an admin spawn only item but can be used by anyone.
Commission Items:
RPE Spyglass:
This spyglass is simple but enhanced. Crafted in the player inventory.
- It has a distance based UI to display the health and torpor. Distanced based meaning it only shows if your close enough to the dino. The max distance at which it can be seen is adjustable via an INI (default is 3 foundations). The UI is off by default and must be enabled via INI.
- It has an always on crosshair but it can be disabled via an INI.
- The floating text info that shows the dino type, level and gender and other info just like the vanilla spyglass can be disabled via an INI.
- It has Zoom. The maximum zoom in amount can be adjusted via an INI.

New INI Settings:
DisableAdminBuffFromPlayer=false If set to true it will disable the ability to add the admin ring buff from the player. It still can be applied by wearing the admin ring.
DisableAutoEngramUnlock=false If set to true it will disable the auto engram unlock.
SpyglassEnableCrosshair=true If set to false it will disable the crosshair on the spyglass.
SpyglassMaxZoom=10 Min=1.0 Max=20.0: The max zoom power of the spyglass. Higher allows a closer view. The default of 10 is the same as the vanilla spyglass.
SpyglassEnableDinoBaseInfo=true If set to false it will disable the floating text info that shows the dino type, level and gender just like the vanilla spyglass shows.
SpyglassEnableDinoEnhancedInfo=false If set to true it will enable the distance based UI to display health and torpor.
SpyglassEnhancedInfoViewableDistanceInFoundations=3 Min=1 Max=100: The max distance in foundations at which the enhanced info can be viewed.

V4.27

Some minor bug fixes.

Tame Pen Changes:
Can now be painted.
Has a new look.
The classic look is still there as an optional variant.
Textures and Painting:
I have worked on combining textures to allow for more content to be added. with this some structures may look ever so slightly different.
Improved painting on some structures so the show color better.
Some structures that were not paintable now are like the Large Storage Chest.
Engram Changes:
I have completely removed the engram for the Durable Torch but it is still craftable in your inventory.
The Quick Chest and Standing torch have been moved to level 1 and are always learned.
Small Changes:
Ice Box should now refrigerate ammo that has decay.
Commissioned Items:
Triangle and square Lava Ceilings: Look like flowing lava and do not require foundational support.
ChibiVendor: The Chibi Vendor Works like a vendor NPC but only sells Chibi's.
When first placed it adds all the chibi's from vanilla Ark, and via an INI option any modded chibi's, into its inventory. These can be purchased by player for coin or optionally whatever item you want to via the system used in the Vendor Cart/NPC.
They are valued on a tier system corresponding to their Ark rarity. Legendary, Very Rare, Rare, Uncommon, Common. All Modded chibi\'s will be valued at Uncommon tier. These values can be changed by an admin in the structure itself.
If server owners want to reserve some of them as special rewards they can be easily removed by selecting it and pressing the remove button.

These items were Commissioned by Lady W. from LW RP Decor and Lady's Food and Farming mods. You should check them out.

INI Setting: ChibiVendorOtherModChibisToAdd= This is a list of , separated file paths. You must add an _C to the end of each item.

This would add the wolf and wolf cub chibi's from Marnii's Wildlife mod if you have it installed.

V4.26.1

Did some minor bug fixes.

Igloo Changes:
Can now be painted.
Added INI option to allow it to be placed on the ground. It however does not conform to the ground angle like a tent does but will remain flat like when you place a foundation. This was done to allow the the door to snap correctly.

Mailbox Additional INI Option:
MailboxUseNumberAddressSystem=false
If this is set to true you will have to set a 4 digit address to your mailbox and register other mailboxes to be able to see them in the destination selection. Setting your boxes address and registering other boxes is done in the inventory by pressing a button that will bring up a box to enter the 4 digit address. Registered addresses will be remembered by the box but if picked up they will be lost and have to be re-entered.
New mailbox setup is unchanged unless you have the option set to true then there will be the additional step of adding the 4 digit address. All previously placed mailboxes will only have to set their 4 digit address.
This option was added to encourage RP interaction to learn the addresses of other players and not just have the list automatically show all the boxes.

Tame Jar Changes:
Significantly reduced jar crafting cost.
They now are weightless.
The following only applies to the jar with no timer.
Empty jars will now stack together and have a stack size of 100. You must unpack a jar to use it by pressing E on the stack of jars. To restack, drag and drop on another empty jar or stack of jars. Jars containing a dino will not stack.

V4.26

Small bug fixes and back end code clean up and optimizations.

GCM:
All structures and some items that do not have engrams are now craftable while in GCM.
Also added an INI option to add items from other mods to GCM as well.
AdditionalModItemsToAddToGCM=
This is a list of , separated file paths. You must add an _C to the end of each item.
Example: AdditionalModItemsToAddToGCM=/Game/Mods/ecoRPDecor/Furniture/PrimalItemStructure_Furniture_Sofa_eco.PrimalItemStructure_Furniture_Sofa_eco_C This would allow you to GCM craft the sofa from Eco's RP decor mod in your inventory if you have that mod installed.

Stove Changes:
Now has the option to disable cooking meat via a button in the inventory.
Now has the option to enable auto crafting Kibble via a button in the inventory.
Cooked meat jerky will now accept cooked meat or cooked fish meat. Prime jerky is unchanged.

Fuel based crafting structures:
Added an INI option to enable all fuel based crafting structures to work while underwater.
AllowFuelBasedCraftersUseableUnderwater=false

New Stuff:
Tent: It's a tent but doesn't degrade and is cleaner and accepts paint much better and also doesn't require silk to make. Crafted in the Decor table.

Structure Remover:
This is a great tool for admins to clean up those abandoned bases.
Destroys all structures and what is in their inventories within it's range, this also includes underground structures.
- Range is always visible and is shown as a transparent blue box. This box also goes below the terrain.
- Range can be adjusted for width, depth and height.
- Can be placed anywhere.
- Cannot be transferred to another inventory and will be destroyed when dropped.
- Structure will destroy itself if no one is near. (when stasis occurs)
- Structure does not survive a server restart.

This is a spawn only item.

Commissions:
Igloo: Who needs a tent when you have an igloo! brrrr
- Accepts any single door for the entrance.
Has increased insulation like a tent.
Is larger than a tent. Approximately 3x3 foundations in diameter. It must be placed on a floor structure.

V4.25.2

Taxidermy stand:
Fix for not correctly positioning taxidermy correctly.
Fix for hair, fur, etc. being there when it should not have been and wrong feather material being applied to the re-feathered dinos.
Changed it so taxidermy will now be centered when first placed inside.
Added the ability to stonifie saddles and other equipment on dinos.
You may need to reposition or reset you taxidermy for them to be positioned correctly with this update.

Mailbox:
Added tags to prevent pulling, demo and pickup with S+ and S+ based stuff.
Added better instructions to the Item and the inventory on how to use them.
Now can be painted.
Now has variants. Rustic [Default] and modern. Modern is how they used to look.
Rustic is a birdhouse that when you have mail there will be a raven sitting on the front stoop.

V4.25.1

Misc:
Re-added engram for the RPE Raft as it was unintentionally removed in a previous update.

Changes To Mailbox:
It was previously possible to name a mailbox the same name as an already existing one. This could have lead to be exploited.
This is no longer possible. When naming the mailbox it checks existing names and if the same name is found it will not allow it to join the networked mailboxes and resets its name to blank. (Blank meaning having no name)
This is not case sensitive so that for example Bob and bob are seen as the same and not allowed.
If you rename your mailbox to blank it will now remove itself from the network and you will not be able to send or receive mail.
They now enforce you to have ownership and a name be set to be able to send and receive mail.
With these changes, all Mailboxes must be picked up and put back down and the ownership set via the radial wheel and they need to be named to be able to send or receive mail.

Trader/Trade Cart:
Fixed an issue that would cause Tame Jars with tames in them for sale to not remove themselves when the contained dino was thrown out. This also fixes a related exploit.
Fixed an issue that when a jar was valued it could display the incorrect level of the dino that would come out.
Changed how the the name is displayed on tame jar when priced in a trader or trade cart to only display dino level and type and it will now also say if it comes with a saddle by adding W/Saddle after dino type or not by just having the level and type. Example: "LVL 150 (Rex)" when it has no saddle or "LVL 150 (Rex) W/Saddle" when it does have a saddle.
